Great stay and professional staff

The location is convenient if you’re looking for somewhere close to the airports. The staff I encountered were polite and friendly. However, the property is old and needs a lot of work. The rooms are moist and moldy smelling. The showers are raggedy and dirty. The rooms give 1990s motel vibes. The public areas are decent but the rooms need a complete overhaul especially for the price.

The air conditioner is not working fine,I made several complaints of no results, the room price is high compared to second hotel that I stayed at same area where amenities is top notch,the beds,room spacious anyone i recommend DE REMBRANDT HOTEL at ikeja far better than IBIS hotel

Nice property

The staff are amazing. Every single one of them. They are so helpful and always smiling. Best hotel staff I've encountered. Even at night, my hotel room was changed when the air con stopped working. The only cons are, the smart TV could not connect to the internet but I barely used it and the shower needs to be updated and taken better care of.

Manageable

In my room - 512, part of the skirting board was loose and coming off which can cause injury. In the bathroom, the shower screen couldn't keep in all the water from the shower cos the shower door won't close properly causing some of the water to stand on the floor. These becomes a slip hazard. Staff were very courteous throughout my 5 nights stay. The food was well prepared and tasty, although more can be done about the variety of drinks at the restaurant.

Not a bad hotel. Though there was no hot water for a shower & not enough towels provided in the bathroom. I would probably stay again as there weren’t any real deal breakers for me.

Room was clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast/dinner buffet was good. This was our second stay and we’d book it again.

There was no towels, no cups, water was basically empty. The weight was limited to 14kg. The area has potential if there was someone looking after it. But there was nobody. Had a medium work out.and i had to leave because was basically hot and had no towel to dry myself

Room - no towels on arrival. We had to request 3 times and the they eventually provided them. Also, the floorboards were uneven, so created a safety hazard. Further, there was a leak in the bathroom sink, so water tricked into the bedroom. Catering - everyday they had run out of filter coffee and so we had to request for coffee sachets, often multiple times, before being provided. It was as if they were being rationed. Room service - I did not order it but I noted the used, dirty plates were left in the stairway for days They were not collected after 2 days A health hazard.
