Our stay at the Hotel Oro Verde was truly memorable. The service was impeccable, and the quality of the rooms, the restaurants, and the hotel in general was fabulous. Everyone there was incredibly friendly, and we were truly impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the entire staff. We especially want to highlight three people: first, Sabrina at the front desk made us feel right at home, always attentive and kind, helping us whenever we needed anything. Second, Elian, a young and enterprising team member who was everywhere in the hotel, always providing impeccable service and aspiring to make hospitality his profession. And finally, María José, the front desk manager, who kindly sent some sweets and a soda to our room, making us feel truly special. It was our first time at Oro Verde, but we’ll definitely return to stay there whenever we come back to Cuenca.

Personal muy amable y excelente comida e instalaciones. Únicamente como sugerencia tener mejor horario para el gimnasio.

From the moment we walked until we left it was fantastic. The staff was great and many spoke English. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had, our dinner at Aruna was very good. My wife and i both loved our massages at the spa. Super safe neighborhood big comfy rooms... stay here:)

Oro Verde is a great hotel chain, but the one in Cuenca always forgets my Expedia VIP benefits and never offers me an upgrade. I have stayed there many times and these benefits have never been offered to me. The other branches round Ecuador have always offered these benefits to me. This is the only complaint I have about Oro Verde Cuenca.

Its nice, but it is time for a serious upgrade

-instalaciones en general ok -habitación no está mal pero le falta mantenimiento, se ve antigua. -desayuno buffet ha desmejorado mucho, tiempo atrás tenían un buffet delicioso, esta ocasión fue muy básico.

The mattress on 307 needs a little love. Too hard. I love the mattress on Oro verde Guayaquil suite. This one was a let down. The bathroom wayy too small
