酒店周围嘈杂，电梯3部坏两部，高原地区天天爬楼梯，装修打电钻让人无法休息，22点之前无法入睡！服务人员英语差，微信有许多限制，不能传送图片。

Only stayed for one night but the experience was good ,the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean so was the bedding. Although the food was great it is incredibly overpriced ,they would work on that.

The water was absolutely horrible. It was hardly a trickle to take a shower. We were out on a floor with a group of late teen/early 20's soccer/football team that was extremely loud and inconsiderate. Never waste your money!

honestly i wasn't the one who went there but i booked the place for my dad and my children they sent me the video of the place it was very beautiful and clean my children loved the place i would recommend this place to anyone my dad said the service was very good

Staying there was amazing, except the noise opposite someone was drilling all night but other than that we had a great time. Cresta could do with a ironing board and iron in the room and more tissues 😂😂😂

Photos online gave a modern look than what I found. Secondly the charging ports for phones are damaged and it’s the small details that matter. Overall it’s an old hotel doing ok

The staff is very accommodating, but the location is bad and overpriced for the area.

The hallway had an awful smell. The had broken furniture on the hallway

The hotel itself is unique architecturally. It's very eye catching. Unfortunately it seems like it's on the same level it was at 30 years ago. We tried calling room service several times but we didn't get an answer. Places offering better facilities are more reasonably priced.

The staff were welcoming and pleasant. The room was perfect. Taxi to the airport was punctual and affordable.
