I left the hotel earlier and they never refunded my money. They claimed it's up to Orbitz and Orbitz claimed it's up to Citilodge Abuja. Either they are dishinest or Orbitz is dishonest. Either way, same difference; I booked through Orbitz and paid to Orbitz. They both have records that I checked out three nights earlier. After over 20 years as a loyal customer, I'm done with Orbitz.

Everything was fine

Wi-fi didn't work in my room. It worked quite well at the reception but not my room. Power outages few times.

The environment it’s situated in is unsafe and laid back

The Hotel has professional staffs, upon check in the staff was very helpful and has attention to details. My stay was very comfortable thanks for the wonderful staff of this hotel I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friend and families and would like to come back again Great Location
