非常棒已经不能用来形容这家酒店了！真的太好了！从服务到房间和硬件都是一等一的好！每个人都很热情的提供各种帮助。Iven和他的同事们都特别好！一定要去漂和涂死海泥，一套完成真的非常嫩。对了，如果可以记得定SPA这幢楼的房间，第一景观无遮挡，非常高瞻远瞩！第二可以无限次进入SPA享受各种泡池和Jacuzi。而且做SPA打八折，一次回本！

過了許久才評論，是因為想好好給評和感謝。平心而論，Kempinski飯店是我們此次約旦旅程中體驗最好且服務最好的飯店，下次再到死海也會豪不猶豫選擇Kempinski飯店。 Kempinski飯店造景搭配死海景非常美，設施齊全，服務人員大多非常親切助人，想特別感謝Desiree和Era的親切服務和問候，另也感謝Ivan的熱情和對我們車胎沒氣的惱人問題立刻聯絡技術人員處理的積極態度，此次入住非常美好，尚無覺得任何美中不足的地方。 另想特別感謝餐廳人員Ramy和Khalid與主廚Abo Elias，招待我們許多特色佳餚，且為我們準備特別演奏(不得不說主廚的歌喉非常好)，讓我們體會到飯店人員的熱情，和享用了一頓非常美味且難忘的晚餐。 外宿飯店多次，也明白每間飯店都不可能無時無刻的美好和週全，但僅此一次經驗就足以讓我們對Kempinski飯店難以忘懷，故在此分享我們此次的體驗。 最後再次感謝Kempinski飯店讓我們這次行程有如此美好且難忘的回憶，我媽說她永遠不會忘記這天和Kempinski飯店為她們的紀念日所做的一切。

This is not my first time staying in Kempinski dead sea - so this time we tried different resorts in the same region for one night each. This is by far the best hotel experience I had in my visit in dead sea, in my whole Jordan trip. The staff are professional, clean and polite. The view is wide open from main building junior suite - we stayed at 3rd floor, but I have seen floors as high as 6th floor. I presume it will have a even better view up there. The room is super stylish, spacious toilet, comfortable bed and ultra clean. Their TV allows me to connect my music via bluetooth! There are a couple of restaurants in this hotel, we picked the dinner restaurant at the lower pool, sitting right next to pool and face openly to dead sea, watching the sun go down. Morning breakfast is excellent as you face dead sea in the morning too.

酒店很古老，很漂亮，服务人员总体比较好，有些菲律宾服务员不太专业。环境很漂亮，景色很美……打包的饮料随便喝，真是跟划算。位置离安曼城区有些远，周边没什么餐厅和商店，所以，酒店的东西巨贵。不过，无所谓了。

Perfect choice at dead sea

Amazing hotel with super friendly staff. You have everything you need at the hotel you don’t need to go out of the hotel. The Lebanese restaurant is a must try.

A fabulous 5 star hotel but service challenges over the Jordan weekend (Friday & Saturday) when the local population descends on the Dead Sea resorts. This is a large property, spread over several levels and so quite a bit of walking or use of the hotel’s golf carts. The restaurants are excellent and the staff are very friendly. There are several pool options, all of which are worth trying out.

Staff was amazing and check in was easy, Ala provided amazing at check in and explained hotel services very well. Food and beverage poolside were perfect. Look forward to staying again.

It’s ok compared to prices… food very expensive

We had an amazing stay at the Kempinski Ishtar. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, and the concierge was especially friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, and there was great entertainment in the evenings that made the nights even better. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. Overall, it was well worth it and we’d be happy to return.

To be fair, this is a beautiful resort. The staff is 50/50. I had a couple of issues which honestly ruined my stay. The first morning we had an issue at the buffet with one of the bus boys. I reported him to one of the guys wearing a suit whom I assumed were some type of manager. I thought he took care of the situation but even then the buss boy

Our stay at the Kempinski Ishtar Dead Sea Resort was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism, making us feel at home right away. The property itself is breathtaking, with beautifully designed pools, direct access to the Dead Sea, and immaculate grounds that truly live up to the “resort” experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly furnished, with a panoramic balcony offering a direct view of the Dead Sea and incredible sunsets. The complimentary minibar was a thoughtful touch that added to the comfort. Dining was another highlight. Each meal felt carefully curated, blending local flavors with international touches. But what truly set our stay apart was the team’s exceptional hospitality. We want to give a special recognition to Samer at the front desk welcomed us with professionalism and warmth. Ivan, “the Man in Red,” at the reception. Words can’t express our gratitude to this man. His energy, optimism, and people skills are unmatched. He’s warm, fun, and a true go-getter, always going above and beyond to meet the needs of every guest as observed. Mohamed from housekeeping provided exceptional care and attention to detail. Tarawneh, Spa Wellness Manager ensured our happiness, even surprising us with a birthday cake. An’am, Lead Spa Attendant, gentle, empathetic, professional, and attentive. She walks with intention and pride yet remains the most humble in her dedication to guests. We miss U

Friendly staff, very clean , food is amazing , quiet

The breakfast and dinner buffet was excellent. Our son has allergies, the chef Sinan came personally and went through the whole buffet with us. He cooked especially for our son. High praise indeed. We can only recommend the hotel for its friendliness, helpfulness and excellent service. Keep up the good work!

Overall this is a great place to stay in, just one small thing when it comes to the staff during the dinner I would recommend more training to accommodate gusts. The manager at the dinner was kind of pissed all the time and would ruin the general mood
