地點還可以，步行 5-10 分鐘即可到達小吃攤，前往島嶼醫院需要乘坐 Grab 約 10-15 分鐘，但每天都很吵鬧，因為房間就在主幹道旁邊。

員工很好。房間乾淨。我剛到一樓，好像有淡淡的煙味。

辦理入住時，一位女員工向我要收取每晚12馬幣的旅遊稅，而政策和Traveloka網站上顯示的只是每晚2馬幣。我懷疑她在說謊，就給她看了Traveloka上的政策，最後她只收了2馬幣。她沒有道歉，只是一臉不屑。其他男員工都很友善。

工作人員很友善，主動提供餐盤和餐具。房間不錯，浴室也很乾淨。價格適中。酒店位置靠近市場和其他景點。

整體來說不錯。這家飯店是我去檳城旅行的首選。

I had a great time here. Staff here are friendly and helpful. Though I spent only 1 night here, if I have another chance to visit Penang, I'm gonna stay here again.

Location is really great though. But the hotel was just OK. If you OK with room without any window then it should be OK. We didn’t expect the room without any window. Also we didn’t expect to pay additional Tax? It’s included in the deposit but there was additional Tax we have to pay at the hotel and non refundable. We paid through Travel Agency App (Traveloka) it should’ve included all the Tax. But we still need to pay more when check in. It was OK we still pay but better if there was more details in information prior to our arrival😊

The hotel is situated at the main road, so it is noisy from vehicles passing by.

Kamar tidak rutin dibersihkan walaupun sudah digantung Please Make Room. Uang deposit tidak diberikan tanda terima sehingga waktu check out berbelit-belit.

AC di malam hari sangat panas, sampai keringetan. Kamar mandi banyak lalat kecil yang suka hinggap di kamar mandi, itu bisa keluar pas lagi tidur hinggap di wajah, jadinya ga bisa nyenyak.

Great hotel near to 3 malls and kimberley street. Next to bus station that provide free tide around the city. Unique elevator too.

The best hotel in town, near Paragon Mall, Chowrasta Street, and Giant shop. Nice staff and humble. 1000000/100.

I put the sign to clean the room but they don't bother. The bed sheet is kind of dirty too. The windows have lots of dust

มันก็สมราคาแหละ ไม่มีอาหารเช้า จองได้คืนละ 800+ เหมือนผ้าปู ปลอกหมอน ผ้าห่มต่างๆ เหมือนไม่ได้ซักอะ ฝุ่นในห้องค่อนข้างเยอะ แอร์ไม่เย็น ปรับ 17องศา เหงื่อยังออก 😢

Pesen kamar tipe family room, ternyata kamarnya luas banget. Tapi sayang ga ada jendela dulu liat keluar. Kamar bersih dan oke. Ada deposit 100rm pada saat menginap disana. Lokasi juga strategis plus disebelahnya persis ada resto makanan thailand yang endul rasanya. Jangan lupa dicobaa kalo nginep disini
