Nice hotel, onsennya bagus ada 3 macam kolam

Wonderful hotel and view. Had lovely time here.

Pro: This hotel was my first time that I experienced 3 kinds of onsen pools in one place. Con: AC remote has no English mode and temperature is unable to adjust below 22 degrees Celsius since they fixed with central AC.

View Mt. Fuji yang sangat mengesankan yang dapat dilihat dari jendela kamar dan terdapat kendaraan untuk menjemput dan mengantar ke Kawaguchiko station.

Staff are friendly and helpful, room is clean. Perfect for 2 persons staying. Located near Gotemba Premium Outlet. Near a bus station for Tokyo and Gotemba Premium Outlet.

Staff ramah dan membantu sekali, ada staff yang bisa bahasa Inggris, dan ada pelayanan mobil antar jemput ke Kawaguchiko Station, jadi nyaman. Kamar bersih dan ada smoking area di luar.
