位於大廈里的民宿，房間寬敞，幹淨整潔，晚上10點前樓下有工作人員幫忙check-in，位置便利，推薦！

職員細心及有耐性，知道外面落雪，特別提醒我們要拎雨傘.

位置方便，如果搭空港線祗園駅出不用轉線, 6 號出口有升降機，過了櫛田神社見到街口有 7-ELEVEN轉入就是了。酒店一層有3 間房，不會太嘈雜，房間很整潔，廚房設備齊全，但要注意煮食不可以用油。職員很親切，見到我們在門口避雨，立即送上雨傘，很感動。

環境非常好的住處，所提供的硬體非常完善，離周圍車站不遠但也不算近，優點是步行到櫛田神社非常愜意，唯一缺點是因為目前班機滿多都是清晨起飛，所以會在半夜聽到整理行李或是拖行李箱的聲音，建議可以在房間放置地毯之類的區域，不然睡到一半被樓上的響聲吵醒會很不舒服，特別是隔天還要早起，除此之外步行其實可以到附近許多景點，廚具設備也是一應俱全，很推薦喜歡自己開小灶的旅客。

The guy who is fat verh nice person,the environment and condition is quite and convenience. The hotel is new and clean.

Hotel locates between Hakata and Tenji, there are MTR stations and busstops nearby. It is also close to Kushida-jinja and Kawabata Shopping street(5min on foot). Easy to find different kind of restaurant around. The room is large and clean. Surprisingly, there is open kitchen, too.

The room is pretty big for two ppl and clean.The beds are comfortable to us. They offer most everything for travelers. The price is very reasonable. The map is very useful. The location is closed by three subway stations and quite a few bus stops are around, even the bus 312 to Meinohama Ferry Passenger Terminal for going Nokonoshima island. By walking to Canal city Hakata takes less than 10 mins too. We really enjoyed the time to stay here and definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends. Wish the owner can maintain the price and service like this.

廚具一應俱全， 接待處三位男孩在博多區來說，算是很有禮貌。 看你回來已幫你按電梯。 酒店斜對面的車㻛是最經濟的¥700一晚，轉左街角 要¥1500 一晚。 這裏很多車場， 價錢不一。

旅館位於祇園車站數分鐘路程，從博多車站徒步其實也不算太遠，附近有幾家便利店，地理位置良好。房間整潔、寬敞，床鋪舒適，家裡應有的設施基本上都齊存（例如上網、微波爐、煮食爐及用具、洗衣機及洗衣粉）。除了是溝通上出現了些問題之外（非言語方面的問題），其他都很滿意。

Very spacious, quiet, well equipped - all better than a classical hotel

まだよちよち歩きの小さい子連れでしたが、 靴を脱いで宿泊する日本のマンションタイプのホテルだったので、子供も清潔に過ごす事ができました。また、洗濯機があったのも服を汚しやすい子連れには大変助かりました。トイレとお風呂場が別なのも快適です。 お部屋のベッドも広くて隅々まで清掃が行き届いています。どのホテルよりも清潔で快適でした！ そして何よりスタッフさん達が優しく丁寧でした。 また福岡を訪れたら絶対泊まります！

マンション型の宿泊が初めてでしたが大変満足しました。 また、繁華街まで近いので立地にも大変満足しました。
