Nice hotel with great food options.

No service for bringing bags to and from the rooms. Super late check-in 3pm. All flights arrive to Guam in the early am and hotel obviously knows this. Nice view and beautiful beach.

Recommend getting a room that includes access to “premier lounge”. The lounge opens from 7am-9pm and has light refreshments like variety of juice, sodas, wine, pastries, fruits, sandwiches, cookies, and other snacks. Also included were coffee, cappuccino, latte, tea and these are all free throughout the day. Between 5-7pm you get evening cocktail with a selection of about 6-8 different types of cocktails to choose from and you can order as many as you like throughout this time frame. Again, all FREE! While you cannot bring items up to your room, you can access the lounge multiple times throughout the day.

ホームページに「日本語スタッフが常駐するゲストリレーションズ、日系ホテルならではのおもてなし」と書かれていたので安心して初グアムを楽しもうと思っていました。 実際は日本語が話せるスタッフがフロントにもゲストリレーションズにもいなかった。 受付の時の保証金？も全く通じず、とても不安を持ちながら過ごすことになってしまいました😣 また、アメニティーもメイクに関するもの(メイク落とし、化粧水、乳液など)日本のホテルでは当たり前にあるものが全くなかったし、販売もしてなかった😥 日本人も多く来るだろうし、日本では当たり前のものならば、少なくても販売ぐらいしてもらいたいなぁって思いました。 きっとグアムでは使わないものなのかもですけどね。 グアムではあるけど、そこは日系ならではのおもてなし精神があったら良かったと思いました。

とてもスタッフの方も優しくて良かったです。 朝食も美味しく頂きました。 エステも気持ち良かったです。

建物や設備は新しくはないですが清掃はしっかりとやっている様子でした。 朝食付きでしたが満足いくレベルでした。 目の前がすぐプール、海へとアクセスしやすくなっていました。 1階にはコンビニエンスストアも有り、ランドリーやカフェもあるので 天候が悪くても楽しめると思います。 日本語がわかるスタッフもいる模様でした。 昨年8月にも利用しましたが、今回も快適に滞在出来ました。

Best value in Tumon hotel resort area. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Everything is fine except the TV no wifi you can’t watch Netflix and YouTube etc. The staff on pool and beach area the worst service I asked for a towel and he said is not available at this time I said why? He said everything is been wash and if you want go back to your room and get your towel. I said that’s far I am here already I don’t want to go back there and then coming back here and he said to me sorry that’s it. No customer service at all and he rude too.

The Nikko Guam wasn't too bad as some quests comment. But the fish at beach will bite the visitor ( since my arm was biting and bleeding ) , which needs to be informed!

The hotel is exceptional for the price point. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great view of the touristy spot just below and a short walk to the beach. Very clean room and appointed just fine. The little roofdeck area with a bar is a nice idea and if not too hot, would be enjoyable. Parking is very simple and easy. Would definitely stay again.

The room was so spacious for my family and I. My children were able to accommodate the living room space freely. The only thing I did not like was we paid extra for the premier lounge however upon check in food seemed stale and it took them awhile to replenish. Upon replenishment food was cold and hard. We enjoyed the room but if you are looking at getting the package deal with the premier lounge its not worth it. Food ran out fast and it didnt taste fresh.

Room is clean, service is great. Front Desk staff is friendly and helpful. Ocean front view is satisfying. Love the breakfast too.
