Some equipment is old

My accomadations was very comfortable and staff is accommodating and kind. Food was very good. Made exactly as requested compliments to dining staff and chef, And our drinks always made to perfection by our favorite bartender Romeo.

First time we stayed there but it was like going home. The entire staff was wonderful and the food was delicious. We'll definitely be back. Soon come!

Friendly staff, clean property.

Have stayed here multiple times over the years. One of the best places to stay in Negril. Sad that the beach is totally eroded up to the restaurant from hurricane Melissa. And disappointed in restaurant staff. Forgot our order first day, wanted to just pay for our coffee and had to wait 20 minutes for our bill. Ended up eating off property the rest of our stay.

1. Please get softer beds 2. Hot water 3. Everytime I ordered fries they were cold.

After staying in an all inclusive resort our flight was cancelled. We found Travelers and this place is amazing. It’s real Jamaica ! Clean, safe, friendly staff and good food. They also have the best driver in Jamaica !!! Ask for Eddie Murphy and you won’t feel like you just bc some off a roller coaster ride.

The room was very good, not great. For me, the lighting was insufficient, the counter space in the bathroom was way too small, the HVAC didn't work perfectly part of the time, and there was no microwave. On balance, however, it was a good room and I would go back. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the female servers were friendly. The male servers were not friendly. The service was always slow and sometimes extremely slow. It once took 80 minutes from the time I ordered dinner until it arrived.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Clean. Comfortable rooms. Well maintained grounds and range of facilities. Great choice of well cooked local and international cuisine and helpful, friendly staff.

Second stay at Traveller’s and I’m still in love. Smooth check-in with a yummy rum punch welcome drink. Room was nice and clean, water pressure in the shower could have been better. Delicious Jamaican breakfast. Bartenders were awesome especially Ricky. Let’s not forget the amazing and inviting beach on seven mile. Planning to return for Mother’s Day.

Clean room, attentive staff, and great food and drinks. Loved the authentic Jamaican dishes on the menu. The beach was fabulous—would absolutely recommend.

Housekeeping and grounds staff were excellent. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you want to get away from the giant international hotel/condo-style properties. Conveniently located near downtown Negril on the famous 7mile beach
