I stayed here total for 9 days, a great location where most of the sights are just in walking distance, the breakfast is amazing with variety. They gave me a room with park view where you barely hear noise from the street, quiet room it is. Generally it is a good hotel when you visit Guayaquil.

The staff is wonderful

Helpful staff and great restaurant on property. Great location near Malecon and across the street from the Iguana park.

I like the attention received by the staff as they were very helpful and kind. I want to mention that Edwin from the hotel restaurant was extremely friendly. The food offered at the restaurant that is part of the hotel was excellent and very varied. I also like that the hotel is across from the Guayaquil Cathedral and Iguana Park. The hotel is attached next to a mall so you even have stores that you can shop at.

The room was clean and the view from the seventh floor was amazing facing the park and the cathedral. The buffet breakfast was hearty and with a good variety of local and general cuisine. The staff was very helpful and courteous. It was easy to reserve taxis directly from the hotel and the airport shuttle was large and air conditioned. It is walkable to the boardwalk and many other site seeing places in this historic section of the city. I would definitely book again if i return to this area of Guayaquil and highly recommend to others.

Lo Recomendaría ha amigos y familiares, pero si sería bueno en el desayuno poner mini boloncitos y empanadas o tortillitas de verde, cositas típicas para desayuno.
