Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.

Zoetry St. Lucia is exactly what we expected. We traveled to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we wanted an all-inclusive, quiet, peaceful resort. Zoetry was very quiet and our room upgrade was very nice. We enjoyed the plunge pool. The staff was great! Very helpful and smiled everyday. Our two butlers Rochel and Gimel were fantastic. They always fulfilled our request with a great big smile. Ms. Allison at the swim up pool was great with our drinks and food orders. We did take advantage of our 40% off discount at the spa and it was very nice and relaxing. We only have a few recommendations. The AC system in our penthouse was not very good at all. We would be warm at night and while we got dressed after a shower. Overall, service was great, but the staff can do a better job of assisting guests using the infinity pool. On many occasions, I would have to leave the pool area and go upstairs to the swim up bar to place a food or drink order. Lastly, the food options were great overall, but could step up just a notch. We would recommend Zoetry to anyone trying to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax.

This is an amazing resort for rest and relaxation. If you want to spend time with that special person this is the place to go. The staff is attentive and go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay. The food is delicious and you have the option of several restaurants. This resort is over an hour from the airport. However, the resort offers transportation at a cost. I would recommend the tour the resort offers its a great way to see the island,

The property had everything I could need and want! This is the first time I’ve been on vacation and haven’t wanted to leave the resort. The staff were amazing and had outstanding service. Everything was cleaned constantly, our needs were met before we could even voice them and I felt extremely safe. I recommend this resort to anyone looking to relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle of life.

Excellent customer service. They provided all our additional requests without any denials. Employees are very helpful and friendly.

Staying at Zoetry was an overall great experience. It’s about an hour ride from the international airport and we were greeted with a drink and a cold towel on arrival. Check in was quick and we were driven to our first room, which was lovely and stocked with ample drinks and a sample of cakes to celebrate our honeymoon! Unfortunately while settling in we quickly discovered a leak under the bathroom sink. The staff were quick to upgrade our room complimentary and made no fuss about it which we really appreciated. The food was tasty and service was kind and respectful; however, service was slow. They absolutely run on ‘island time’ as they’ve said. My husband was also not happy with the lack of poolside space available, considering we went during the rainy season. I’d be curious to see how they fair during their busy season. We highly recommend the excursions, we did the land and sea/tout jour tour through Expedia which was an unforgettable experience with the mud baths and waterfall. We also did the sunset cruise through Zoetry which was so fun! The beach was ok, but the locals flock to you the second you arrive, so stand firm if you don't want anything. Nonetheless, if you’re looking for a resort that focuses on R & R and shuts down at midnight, Zoetry is for you, but if you want a more food options and entertainment, then this isn’t the resort for you. We had a great time overall and would definitely recommend if you’re looking to simply relax.

The customer service here sucks. The butlers don't respond on whatsapp for request. I requested a slick of cake and card for my wife almost 2 days before we checked out and never received it. Im particular, Gimel is extremely rude and arrogant. When I asked a question that he didnt answer clearly and I went to concierge to clarify he approached me showing me my picture on WhatsApp to intimidate me and then tried to belittle me as to why I came to ask for clarification. The food sucks. The pictures don't match the full ambiance in person. We experienced massive power outtage for almost 1 hour the day before we left. Hurricane hole smells like sewage. We also ate at 1461 and saw a cat walk through the restaurant and into the kitchen. The premises also requires extensive walking up and down which isn't friendly to people with disabilities. However, the good thing is the ferry to the beach (super rocky), the sunset cruise, and the yoga class. In addition, Ella and Rochel were both the best staff on the resort. Super professional and provided good hospitality when applicable.

Experience was shockingly disappointing completely because of service and staff. The property has wonderful potential but the people working in the restaurants and bars made everything excruciating. We waited at least 45 minutes each time we ordered anything. At the swim up pool, I ordered a basic drink all bartenders know, and was told they only have what’s on their drink menu. So, the bartenders don’t know how to make any drinks on a resort where people come to enjoy drinks. It’s sad. And once you order a basic drink, expect to get it up to an hour later. We witnessed bartenders taking shots together instead of serving us. We ended up asking where our order was and found it lying on the counter while they prioritized other things. Completely disordered and unmanaged. Also, hours after requesting rooms service, no one came to clean our room until it was night time and we were getting ready for bed. Disaster service. If hospitality is important to you, this isn’t the place for you.

Was not very clean, multiple cockroaches in room. The door handle to our room was barely hanging on the door. Had to be careful when opening and closing door. Staff was very nice and polite but usually took a very long time to get things done. Made multiple requests for our room such as restocking the minibar and adjusting our person plunge pool and they never followed through.

The property was immaculate and the staff was top tier. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Zoetry at Marigot Bay.

Food options extremely limited, bed comfort was sufficient

My girlfriend and stayed at Zoetry for a couple of days. On Saturday july 19 we ordered breakfast i had pancakes while i was pouring the syrup a roach crawled out the syrup i alerted our server Ronnie and she apologized. We even informed the Vernett at the front desk and she brush us off

This was hands down the worst vacation we’ve ever taken. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a special anniversary trip. I had been in contact with the hotel for over a month. They confirmed everything we asked for and acted like they cared, but clearly, they didn’t. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were greasy handprints on the walls and stains on the floor. We left dirt and wrappers on purpose just to see if housekeeping would clean it. Guess what? They didn’t. All they did was fix the bed. That’s not cleaning that’s laziness. My wife is pregnant and we have dietary restrictions, which I communicated clearly in advance. The hotel told me not to worry and that they’d accommodate anything we needed. Another lie. They made us feel like we were asking for too much when we were just trying to eat safely. We were so fed up we cut our trip short. You don’t plan a vacation for months just to leave early out of frustration. The staff was cold and careless. One of the worst people we dealt with was Claire incredibly rude and unprofessional. We asked for something simple, and she made it a huge problem. We waited hours for food, only to get bland, cold plates that weren’t worth a dime. Their restaurant is a joke with barely any options. The photos online are complete lies this place is nothing like what they advertise. It’s a scam. I feel like a fool for booking here and wasting our money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the regret.
