The room is superb! Comfortable and clean! I arrived at around 10:30pm at night, their restaurant kitchen had already closed. It was so surprising that they arranged a complimentary sandwich (warm and fresh) to my room after my check-in. This isn't about money but their hospitality to their customers! I really appreciate it. The kitchen and its fridge are clean. I love the little balcony which is so home-like and comfortable in the morning when you got up or just relaxing after dinner time! This hotel apartment is a very good experience! Their modern-decorated hotel reception is also a superb place to chit chat with friends. The deco is nice and the staff (especially the nigh shift staff) is all very friendly and sincere.

This is a glorious place to stay when in Nairobi. It’s just a tranquil oasis with incredibly friendly staff, amazing food (we’re vegetarians), and astonishingly spacious comfortable rooms. We had a huge balcony which overlooked beautiful trees and were woken up by bird song every morning. The facilities are great - swimming pool, health club, etc. But it is the staff that make us feel so welcome and at home… Samson at reception was especially thoughtful and engaging and I had great conversations with driver David.

Beautiful property

The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely. We had a great king size canopy bed with nice linens and mosquito netting. We also had a living room and balcony overlooking a lush garden. The restaurant is nicely appointed but lacks a bit for lunch and dinner, however the breakfast is quite good with so many fresh fruits and made to order omelets. Very nice and safe location.

The staff was very helpful in all aspects if anything was needed or if there was any problem they were on the job wuickly to remedy the situation... great place to stay..

This is an excellent hotel in a safe area of Nairobi It is tastefully decorated with large well decorated rooms. The staff was proper I will stay there again

This hotel is amazing! Everything from the big, fluffy white towels and crisp, clean white sheets to the wide array of tasty food they served for breakfast, everything was wonderful! The property was beautiful! I forgot I was in the middle of a busy city and felt like I was in a small oasis surrounded by the lush palm trees and vibrant landscaping. Every single staff member we came across was exceedingly kind and went out of their way to help however they could. They all welcomed us each day with a wide smile and a kind word. The amenities such as the pool and the fitness center were well kept and had everything we needed. We were able to utilize the small kitchen and the nearby grocery store to supplement some of our meals during our stay. I highly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed! Choose Palacina and feel the sweet Kenyan hospitality!

Outstanding Guest services from EVERYONE. The entire staff was polite, attentive, helpful, beautiful smiles. They provided information as needed, directions, suggestions and anything else We needed. They accommodations were wonderful, access to food, transportation was only a few steps away. I felt relaxed and very happy & safe.

A lovely quiet oasis

Very comfortable room, cleanlinees standards were commendable. The service personnel were helpful and friendly. The check in and check out processes were pretty straight forward and smooth. The food was excellent for the breakfast every morning. The location of the hotel / suites is also really nice and quiet.

Fantastically comfortable beds, excellent staff and a lovely suite. Very peaceful location with 2 pools but only 15 mins from Wilson airport and striking distance of Blixen Museum, Carnivore and the Giraffe Sanctuary.

Love this hotel, was last there in 2020. Food great, staff top class, best place to stay.
