員工不太友好，飯店服務也不友好，非常冷漠，與其他飯店截然不同。

I stay 1 night after visiting work location in Dumai. The hotel look nice, air cond is OK, room is clean. I also tried roof top restaurant and food is good, view also OK. Unfortunately I did not have a chance to try the breakfast because already have to left at 6 am

Very good hotel in Dumai. Quiet, very clean, and spacious rooms.

I booked for 1 nite room for myself here without breakfast during my company duty to Dumai, but there was an urgent meeting in the morning with my client and I need a place to do that meeting. I went to resto then I paid for my breakfast charge for IDR 145k. I told the staff I’ll bring my client outside to the resto for meeting and asked can I order ala carte menu only for her? The staff said can. I ordered a meal from the menu and do the meeting. After it’s done, I went to the cashier to pay the additional meals, the hotel charged me for another breakfast fee again + ala carte order for amount 223k. The total I need to pay was 368k at that morning😅. The things That makes me disappointed is the resto staff was very unfriendly and billed the additional charges without reconfirm me for it. Also, during my meeting, I don’t know why the resto staff always kept an eye on us😃. I nevermind for the overprice I paid, but Such an uncomfortable situation that makes me speechless for this hotel service.

Will recommend this hotel for my next business trip!
