We booked the room with 1 queen and 2 twin beds because there were 4 of us. We checked in to find the twin beds locked into the wall with no key. There wasn't a phone number in the email confirmation. I tried emailing- no response, not even the next day. I found a phone number on the website, but it didn't go thru. I tried texting, but no response. There were also only 2 towels. When you book a room for 4 people, you expect that 4 people will have a place to sleep. You also expect that there would be a number to contact if you needed help. It was false advertising.

Huone on liian lähellä katu ja teollisuus. Sängy oli kerrossänky ja ei ole tikka joka voidaan kiipeillä yläkertaan. Ala sängy oli kiinni ja vain ylhällä avattu mutta ei ole tikka. Ihme ajatusta ne jotka järjestää tälläistä.

Kronglete innsjekk om du har æ ø å i navnet ditt. Dette burde fikses. Bestilte tremannssrom for å få to senger (ikke alle det passer å dele dobbeltseng med) men ekstrasengen var låst. Ellers et flott hotell, med fint fellesområdet og nye fine rom.

From the posting it is not immediately clear the hotel does not have any service on site, or that it is nested within a shopping center with an entry difficult to access. Having those facts in the posting is an important deciding factor for travelers. More detailed feedback: no bathroom fan/air circulation, a cupboard is installed at head-heigh in a very dangerous and inconvenient location.

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights and it served our needs very well. The check in was chaotic - being told to expect an sms with room details etc only to receive the sms 36 hours later !!! - but once in everything was fine. If the check in does not work well - and others checking in also had problems - for goodness sake have someone to hand easily.

Frich’s was clean, quiet, and much nicer than expected given that it is unstaffed. Highly recommend!

It is the same building as a shopping mall.

Nice euro standard. Modern. Clean. Nice shared lounge area where you can bring your food and prep the breakfast. (There are 3 grocery stores 1-3 min walk)…Ah! Our room was on the river side- nice view!!! And peaceful overall. Safe parking.

Eten doe je in de buurt. Er is enkel koffie. Voor een echt ontbijt moet je elders naartoe. De kamer en bedden waren comfortabel.

Helt greit rom, mye støy fra veien utenfor. Ingen kaffe på rommet, selv om det var lovet i velkomstskrivet.

The hotel rooms are not large but are very clean modern and convenient. Plenty of common area space with ample seating, there is a large conference room. Plenty of parking and Tesla EV recharging stations. Grocery Store at the ground floor has hot and frozen food options. Cafe is on the second floor. OnSite Coffee machine makes very strong coffee.

Sometimes requests were taken care of quickly but other times fell on deaf ears, without any type of response. Conveniently located next to shopping mall with grocery stores.

The hotel was self-service for everything, check-in and out. If you need anything like extra bedding, general questions etc you don’t have anyone to ask to. In the ad it said it had air conditioner but this was absolutely not true, not even in the común area, it was suffocating and extremely hot, we couldn’t sleep, also the double bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Never staying there again.

Hotellet ligger i ett köpcentrum med en stor parkeringsplats utanför så inte så mysigt, å andra sidan är utsikten mot fjällen magnifik så det väger upp. Rummet var bra, rent och stort badrum, men man hör bilarna utanför eftersom man måste öppna fönstret då det var jättevarmt.

Må ha mer info om innsjekking. Må opplyse hva du skal gjøre med kortet. Legge det inn mot skjermen eller legge det ned på displayet og vent en stund. Flere veteraner som hadde slitt med det samme. Når vi fikk gjort dette riktig, var alt veldig greit😊
