Service was incredible. They were all very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend the breakfast too. Good value, pain Perry was yummy!

My family recommended this place. Normally I stay at Van der Falk, but this time my wife and 5 year old kid were with me. We got an entire department with two separate bedrooms - big enough for 4 people. The place was clean and spacious. We really liked the place. Improvement: This might be a general Belgian thing, but I’ve never understood how you can build toilets without having the sink in the same room. Here you have to exit to wash your hands - not very sanitary.

I would recommend this hotel. Supemarkets and shops a stones throw away. Parking was ideal and safe. Station convient for travel to Brussels Centre. The staff was brilliant and special thank you to Matthew at reception for being so helpful and saving the day.

There is nothing not to like about this clean, stylishly designed and comfortable hotel with a very good attached restaurant. I would stay again without hesitation. Good value for money too.

This is a truly excellent hotel. It is very conveniently located in the Centre of Waterloo. The room was very clean and comfortable and the other hotel facilities are also excellent. Thoroughly recommended.

Hôtel conforme à sa description, chambre à 3 spacieuses, propre, salle de bain quasi neuve, tout fonctionnait bien. Nous avons passé deux nuits excellente en famille pour aller visiter le musée de la bataille de Waterloo. Nous sommes également allé à Bruxelles en train. Il y a de nombreux restaurants autour de l’hôtel. Le parking de l’hôtel est sécure. Le petit déjeuner est continental et bon. Aucun problème à recommander cet hôtel !

Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. Sehr zentral gelegen aber dennoch ruhig.

Lovely room ,breakfast not included but we paid and it was very nice and egg bacon etc cooked to order,resaurant fully booked when we arrived but plenty of options within easy walking distance
