Property is right in the center of everything entertainment. What i didn't like was the poor lighting in the rooms and no full mirror as well as one key per room.

El lugar esta bien ubicado, podria decir, que hace falta iluminación en el baño…espejo en el dormitorio y el desagüe de la ducha (se tardaba en bajar). No obstante, puedo recomendarlo por la ubicación y facilidad.

The hotel was within walking distance from local restaurants. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure of the shower was just amazing. Front desk staff was helpful. In the morning breakfast options were different each day in which I enjoyed. The server in the morning was nice. The roof top had an amazing view and delicious drinks. Overall, it was a nice stay.

No me gustó porque la ley limpieza fue ninguna solo llevaban las toallas no tenían opciones para el desayuno el aire acondicionado se apagaba en las noches los ruidos eran insoportable en las noches no es recomendable ese hotel Lo único bueno que tenían era el personal muy amables: lo demás fatal

I've never given a 1 star review in my entire life because i have never felt the need to bash a company even when they have performed badly. However this 1 star review was 100% earned by the manager Camilo Barco. This was my third stay, over 4 years, as a returning client of this hotel. I booked 7 nights straight. I was comfortably settled in my room for 2 days and on the third day, the manager Camilo Barco decided to make an executive decision to pull me out of my room and transfer me to the 9th floor where the music from the rooftop bar flows directly into the room. Camilo, you didn't have to do that, to your loyal, returning guest. I guess he was worried that other guest might leave a 1 star review if placed on the 9th floor and hoped that i wouldn't. Well, Camilo, you definitely earned this 1 star review for your hotel. To the Owners: Keep an eye on this manager Camilo Barco. If he continues to make decisions that earn you 1 star reviews, i would consider demoting him or replacing him. To the front desk and house keeping: Thank you very much for being competent and taking care of me while i stayed at your hotel. Just know that your manager Camilo Barco treated one your clients that is a good tipper, badly. Unfortunately, I wont be coming back. Sorry if this last tip makes your job harder, but all of this was brought on by the manager Camilo Barco. Potential guests planning on giving this place a try, Stay away from floor 2, 9 and 10.

Great location, very clean room. Breakfast in morning was great. actually left for the airport without my passport and the staff were so nice to put my passport in a taxi and send it to the airport. I was able to make my flight huge thanks will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come back to medellin!
