Very accommodating staff. There was just a problem with our jacuzzi. I think the heater was not working.

The place was fantastic, the staff was very accommodating, even giving us towels we were swimming in their pools but there were basic commodities that were lacking. A phone for room service, inquiries, and basic communication to the front desk is none. There were no phone available in the room, you must walk back to the front desk to ask anything. That lack of communication is very bad in case of emergency. Another big issue for me were there was no restaurant. I mean zero. No food no drinks whatsoever. They will cook for you during breakfast but limited amount. I hope before booking we were informed to bring own food and drinks for main meals. Luckily we brought snacks.

Employees are very accommodating, we had a pleasant stay! The only problem we experience is the location of the place and lack of public transportation that costs us a ton of money just for going to nearby places. But overall, the place is very good. Definitely will book again.

the staff are very polite 👍 the room is spacious beyond my expectations 👍 clean room 👍construction on-going. for the food, they don't have coffee for the breakfast 👎 water leakage at the comfort room (109) 👎 stuck water stopper of the bath tub 👎 need more improvement.

No resto. Bring your own food or book a grabfood or you will starve.
