can see komtar tower from room. room for 2 person, not quite big, just standard size room. convenient as its walking distance to bus terminal & tourist attraction area. and also nearby there's bus stop that you can ride a CAT penang free bus that go around main area. I don't see elevator so I don't think it's wheelchair/ senior citizen friendly, maybe can ask the staff. the housekeeping starts at 3, and quite good as I can see it's clean. but it's just that the toilet tissue is thin and no rubbish bin in the room itself except bathroom. room have aircond, iron, hairdryer, mini fridge. can repeat this place again.

It was a delightful stay! The rooms were spotless, with a lovely heritage vibe. The bathrooms were spacious and functional – a real highlight! Plus, having an iron and board was super handy. Its location near Komtar made exploring easy, with lots of great restaurants nearby. And being close to Penang's street art scene was a bonus! Affordable and fantastic – highly recommend!

Nice hotel with a good price. All the interior deco also nice. Parking also provided. Good service from the staff. I’ll be back if I am coming to Penang.
