Noisy location, no coffee in room. Was nice and clean

Very nice motel. Clean , thoughtful toiletries provided. Walk in shower. Would stay again

The place is lovely but the blankets were scratchy and the room had a musty smell. I could not lock my room with the deadbolt. Nonetheless we’d go there again.

This property was very historic and unique. It seems to be in the process of being updated at this time. It was a good place for crashing after a concert

I liked it was clean, quiet, great service, easy parking I didn't like no dead bolt on the door. Only handle door lock, no pastries or tea. They had coffee, small cereal boxes and oatmeal packets. They advertised it with pastries, coffe and tea, the place is in need of repair.

Very cozy stay..comfortable. Staff was excellent.. Only suggestion we have is to have tea bags along with the coffee.

This place needs a major update! It is old, looks like the last time it was renovated with new mattresses, linens and bathroom amenties were in the 1950s. There is nobody overnight for oversight. The guests are responsible for the safety of the property by locking the front door themselves. I'd never stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Reynolds Inn & Motel! The staff was friendly. Room was clean and had very comfy beds. Loved the little downtown area that was walkable from the motel. We would come back for sure!

Best option in area, great for parents visiting Scout camp

This is the second time we have stayed here. Same room both times. The bathroom sink needed a bit more cleaning, soap was stuck on the sink and hairs in the bathroom. The worst part was the same old mattresses on both beds. You could feel the coils. The a/c was barely working so our night was very hot. They advertised pastries and other things for breakfast and they never came.

The exterior of the main house is quite run down though they were working on part of the porch. But cute interior with a kitchenette/ lounge with coffee, cereal, oatmeal and water cooler. Top floor has a nice taking room with some classic books. The room was small but comfy beds and soft sheets and everything smelled clean. The biggest issue was the noisy AC, as it kept turning on and off and making a loud noise whenever the AC portion came on and we only discovered the next morning that it was because the AC filter wasn't pushed in securely. Super easy check in and check out. Easy walk to town center and Riverside Park.

We had a great experience. Checking in was contactless, our key and receipt were at the entrance of the property. The location is very convenient and quiet. The room was clean and neat.

We stayed in the main house. Our room was small, but we chose this room when we booked. A larger person would have trouble fitting into the shower stall. Otherwise the room is nice and clean. Bed is firm.

The location was so cute and such a quiet little town the room or suite we had we absolutely adorable and so cozy we would absolutely recommend this place!!!!

It was fine. The sheets and towels were clean, as was the bathroom. Heat-wise, though… I like a cold room. But others might not have!

Great stay as usual! Nice place to stop motorcycle trips exploring the fun roads and scenery nearby. Rooms are always clean and comfortable

I tried to contact the facility ahead of time. Was told I would receive a call back. Never did. Arrived at property. No one was around. Key left in mailbox outside. Property was in disrepair. Room reeked of mold. Mattress was dirty. No mattress cover. No toilet paper. Called again. Over 20 minutes for someone to arrive. Was told I’d receive refund. Never happened. I rarely leave bad reviews. Usually able to resolve issues. Not this time.

Very pleasant, nice location in Roscoe close to everything. Clean and neat. Easy unload for the motel section.
