It was a sad, unsafe, scary experience that I have ever had. . Bcz of pandemic, not many guests so they do not care much for this homestay. The owner was not at the property. There was one security guy there for taking care of. I was the only one female-guest & no one welcomed me at the first side. The manager (who I contacted via phone) asked me to wait for the security man to come back. He let me wait for more than a hour. He was tipsy though when I met. At night, he was out for drinking. (He did ask me to sing karaoke at his place to help him guard this homestay, funny ever). Too much scary, so late in the evening, I had to take a taxi to move to a another hotel in the center. I did cry so hard. hahaha. - No cleaning, super messy - No maintaining - Bikes provided but dirty & bad-maintained - Feeling unsafe ****** - Location is good. Easy to go around. - The manager did say sorry to me. And, this was the only thing he could do. This place was great before but not that anymore, so far I see.

Có lẻ vì dịch Covid ít khách nên homestay ít được chăm sóc, app nên update tình trạng mới nhất của homestay để khách có nhiều lựa chọn hơn. Thanks

Không gian rất mát mẻ và thoáng đãng, chú chủ homestay rất nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Giá cả lại rất phải chăng, mình nhất định sẽ trở lại homestay khi quay lại Ninh Bình 1 lần nữa.

Cô chủ rất nhiệt tình và thân thiệt. Khách sạn sạch sẽ. Lần sau có ra Đình Bịnh nữa thì sẽ ở tiếp ạ.

Mình đã có một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời tại homestay. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Phòng mới và sạch sẽ, không gian thoáng đãng, nhà ăn có view đẹp. Đồ ăn ngon, giá cả hợp lý

Khách sạn rất tốt, thái độ tốt

quang cảnh tuyệt vời, nhân viên vui vẽ nhiệt tình nhưng 3 ngày liên tục không dọn phòng. nice view, and great atmosphere, friendly staff, but 3 days continue not clean room.

The place is located in a valley, next to a lake. Fresh air & nice view. Free breakfast, towel (bath & face), comfortable blanket & pillow with privacy curtain. The dorm is right above the restaurant, it's very big. The locker is the closet but there's only 4 sections which are lockable. There's no aircond, but plenty of fans available, and you probably won't use the fan either cos it's so breezy & cold at night. There's a huge balcony platform with a few lazy chairs. Bathrooms & toilets are adequate & clean. Hot water, great water pressure. Plenty of nice eateries around (other than the homestay's own restaurant). Overall a great place to stay to explore the nearby Tam Coc, Trang An & Hoa Lu, if you have your own transport (or you can rent from the homestay).
