Location was nice distance away from main street. Room was good with amenities. Checking in was the first problem; the check in is no front desk, automated (pin code + check-in code) but we did not receive code at all, not from Traveloka, not from the hotel, Traveloka didn't help and there was no in app chat to talk to the hotel, we ended up calling the hotel with international call charges, it was hectic. the second problem was the hot spring/onsen, it sometimes worked, sometimes doesn't, the hot spring came out slow and sometimes isn't hot at all. Conclusion: It's better to book from other sites that support in app chat or communication for a smoother conversation with the hotel. Overall the experience was good once you get through the check-in experience.
