位置方便房間舒適

Did not send me email for front door password. I need to wait 30mins until have other customer come to check in

👍 : clean, tidy, all the needs were provided, car park nearby, supermarket nearby, the price in supermarket is so reasonable 👎 : need to checkin by your own but no password received. all the group stayed outside to wait for main entrance pw and room pw, got the pw via expedia finally, no excavator. need to move the luggage bag upstairs

Didn't email me the main entrance code, gourp of us waited outside. Luckly there was a person who came out, then we can get in and used the ipad to check in by ourself.

地理位置方便 房间整洁 适合简洁型出行

the apartment is great, very cozy and tidy. The room is spacious ( i booked the standard room (B)). It was self check-in, very easy and convenience. there is a big supermarket nearby. The only a minor defect was the location, it is a little bit distance and not easy to find. I am very satisfied with the experience with the apartment and would recommend it.

房間很新，設計非常棒！對面就是一間生鮮超市，離mall也近。浴室水量夠大，洗澡非常舒服，整體而言，這次的住宿非常享受！

飯店旁有間大超市很方便 整體很新，很乾淨 可在房內煮食 除了離車站越10～15分距離以外 其它沒什麼缺點^_^

環境清幽,安靜,前方就是一個超市,採買方便,住一樓真的有點困擾,因為二樓只要走路就有聲音,有點困擾,這是唯一缺點,房間很舒適也很乾淨,有機會還會想入住

別府主打溫泉旅館，別府利久雖不設溫泉設施，但憑著傳統和室及廣闊空間，且酒店對出有大超市上貨，十分方便家庭入住；然而要留意是酒店沒有任何員工，採用自動化check-in及出入系統，最大鑊係原來要預先跟酒店方面預約check-in核實入住日期（即係hotel.com 卜房後要再同酒店confirm，由於T&C列搞到郵票咁細關係，唔止香港人，當日就連韓國人都一齊中招。 好在有一班正在入住的日本婆婆幫手，打電話同店家聯絡後，都叫做check-in搞掂，有驚無險。 *希望hotel.com可改善此服務

房間舒適又很乾淨新穎,浴室也是乾濕分離適,距離超市超進可以隨時補給~ 唯一缺點大概是:密碼鎖 對於長輩使用上較不方便,房間開門忘記先按OPEN/CLOSE就拉門把,就會BB叫,第一次發生時,有點不知所措~還好最後自己解決了 還有一個缺點是沒有停車位置,我們第一天入住剛好遇到別府放煙火,晚上7點多找停車位等了一個小時才停好車.....

房間跟浴室非常乾淨！ 如果下次再來別府我會再選擇這間！

位置有點難找，但房間內很整潔舒適，內有兩張雙人大床，還有煮食爐和微波爐可以使用，整體來說都是好！

地址真的不好找，在大型超市正後方巷子裡，裡面格局設備都非常舒適

大人数で利用しましたが、建物、設備など綺麗で良かったです。フロントは不在ですが、セキュリティ面もしっかりしており、小さい子供もおりましたが、安心して利用出来ました。

Spacious kitchen and dining area is the most we have enjoyed.

Room was super spacious and the bed was nice and firm. Wish they provide more hangers and poles to hang towels.
