Everything perfect but the towel! The fabric is not right, it does not absorb water.

Accomodation is excellent but the restaurant is not good at all. So overall hard to stay there again as nothing else in area to eat

The spa was basic but the massage therapist was excellent. The experience felt rushed as they are under staffed however

There wasn't facilities to reheat food and the kettle was really small in terms of usage. The TV was really old and couldn't be used to access Netflix or any subscription channels. There was a in house cinema which could be booked at first come first serve basis and the complementary wine tasting was average at best

Great place to get away Bit of drive from town centre but

We love Gibbston Valley Lodge… the staff are some of the most attentive and accomodating in the southern hemisphere. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. You’ll love it here.

It was too short but very relaxing in a picturesque environment very beautiful peaceful and meditative.

A very comfortable stay with excellent facilities. The food was great but the service was slow. Otherwise excellent service experience

Beautiful villa room and grounds. We were treated well and given a special impromptu wine tasting before dinner because we arrived after the complimentary 5PM tasting

While the place is immaculate and the staff lovely it is located very close to a noisy road. It’s not a problem if you keep the window closed as the double glazing is very efficient but if you want to sit outside on the lovely deck it’s pretty annoying and not at all what we expected for a luxury vineyard escape.

The resort was wonderful with a spacious lodge, large and comfortable bed and bathroom. Great amenities. The wine tasting in the cellar was a lovely addition to the stay. The lodge is on the main highway however so the road noise is quite impactful when trying to relax on the verandah and even during the night.
