The breakfast was excellent and very complete, although the small dining room required organizing in shifts. The room was small but clean. The view from the window was nothing special.

Sehr gute Lage zwischen Alt- und Neustadt. Schlicht, aber sauber, modern und funktional.

Sercotel Ayala is in an excellent location being convenient for both the old town and other attractions such as the Guggenheim. Our room was spacious and very quiet despite facing the street. Pleasant staff. We didn’t have the hotel breakfast. Would happily stay again.

Ein gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Keine eigene Garage aber es gibt ein 10% Gutschein für ein Parkhaus in der Nähe. Für einen Besuch in der Stadt absolut empfehlenswert

Hôtel très bien placé, centre ville. Très proche vieille ville et commerces. Personnel très agréable et de bons conseils. Grande chambre. Petit déjeuner buffet très copieux. Parking Indigo disponible à 49€ pour 3 nuits.

Fabulous location and room. Really enjoyed our stay!

Um hotel muito bem localizado, perto da estação de trem, do metro, dos passeios de barco e do Casco Viejo. Confortável, silencioso, e com um excelente café da manhã. Equipe atenciosa, gentil e eficiente.

Bra läge i centrum nära allt , granne med stora varuhuset. Både spårvagn , metro o bussar runt hörnet. nyare hotell fräscht rum o badrum , dålig luftkonditionering, märktes inte av. Mycket varmt på rummet , mellan 25-28 grader utomhus och molnigt så gissar det blir ännu varmare om temperaturen går över 30 grader. Trist med frukostrummet i källarplanet, fräscht men begränsat urval + för Bra kaffemaskiner från Jura.

Nice new hotel, city center. Close to shopping and restaurants. Clean, quiet room with nice bathroom.

Säng med gummerade lakan som inte andas. Mögliga tomater vid frukosten.
