早餐如果可以有更多變化就好了

Terrible check in experience. System was down on a long weekend. Didn’t receive room keys. Had to get a manager to open our room when required. Pool was closed for the weekend. Breakfast was terrible.

Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast is very nice. Pool was closed, and TV in our room was out of service.

Pool had its operating licence suspended from the city so was closed. They had to empty and clean the pool and they the license had to be reissued from the city. No of this was communicated before hand this was the only reason we booked the hotel. The rooms were big and spacious but the glassware was all dirty had dirty finger prints all over. No conditioner in the room the big bottle was empty. Why have these if you don’t fill them . Breakfast was only ok long lines due to the design of only having one small station for the hot food items the line was always 10-20 people deep so you had to get everything in one go or else you are waiting back in the line again with kids this is impossible. Also it might list that they have electric rechargers but all apart from one are broken and look like they have been for a while due to the black bags over the chargers and the signs So don’t stop here expecting to charge your car.

Ashish was extremely polite and helpful at check in. Breakfast was busy and somewhat an inefficient set up.

The system was not working and the hotel was not able to check us in. They offered to cancel the reservation and refund us. The issue is that we were then left to look for another hotel at the last minute. There was no advanced notification and the hotel did not care that we were sitting in their lobby for an hour with no hotel room. The Expedia representative reached out and they said the system would be up again in 30-45 minutes, which was a lie as we were waiting for at least that long and they were telling new arrivals they did not know how long it would take. They also still charged me for one night and now I have to take more time out of my schedule to resolve it. Terrible experience all around.

We booked for the pool and the pool was closed and nothing was offered to us to compensate us. It was disappointing. My daughter's first time going to Toronto. Will not go be that hotel again

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, they have a make your own breakfast sandwich station with lots of options, including turkey bacon. I had an issue when checking in which the manager (Raj) quickly took care of, even though the issue was beyond his control. He was very compassionate, seemed to understand why I was so upset and made it right at no extra cost to me, which I greatly appreciated. Being on a fixed income and travelling with 3 of my grandchildren, I wanted our night away to be perfect and thanks to RAJ, it was.

La chambre est magnifique, d'une excellente grandeur et très propre. Le personnel très gentil et le déjeuner excellent. Le seul petit bémol, c'est la piscine intérieure non chauffée. Je le recommande entièrement pour les familles et j'y retournerai c'est assuré! Nous avions une suite 2 lits doubles, un espace salon et cuisinette et ce fut vraiment pratique pour pouvoir faire des lunchs pour nos activités et réduire les coûts de restaurant.

It’s been superb staying in the hotel..It has the great amenities of being like at home..Staff are good also.. Looking forward on staying here again in the future…

Neatness and Top notch Services from the staff. Breakfast always ready on time with varieties. Serenity of the place, is calm and must connect with Taxi,lyft or walkable Bus Stations.swimming Pool is neat.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and it was very quiet inside the rooms. Breakfast was just ok but it's free.
