The first problem we had was caused by the change of name from Exe Layos Golf to Dorma Layos - we weren’t sure we had arrived at the correct hotel as all the street signs showed the former name. Internet was poor. We could not connect in the room and had to ask reception to help us log on. Even then we did not have a good connection in the room. The first night of our stay, the A/C did not work properly, though they did fix it the next morning. Breakfast was disappointing - the fresh fruit and patisseries were good, but the hot food was uninviting. There were ants crawling around our table. On the second day our door card key didn’t work. On the positive side, the room was good with a pleasant view over the golf course. The receptionists were very helpful and pleasant. They even brought a box of chocolates for my wife when they learned it was her birthday. The location was good, in a quiet area and a short drive from Le Puy du Fou España, which was the reason for our visit.

Aunque solo me alojé una noche, la experiencia fue muy positiva. Quiero destacar la excelente atención del personal de recepción, siempre amable y atento. También el equipo del desayuno fue muy cordial y sonriente, creando un ambiente agradable desde primera hora de la mañana. El trato recibido hizo que mi estancia fuera muy cómoda. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Al menos los domingos noche no hay cafetería, hay que ir a un pueblo cercano si quieres cenar. Al entrar no había nadie en recepción, hubo que esperar a que llegase alguien El desayuno empieza demasiado tarde si vas por trabajo.

Very expensive for what you get, but it also comes with the area. Hotel was good, shower was the highlight, strong water pressure. Pool was closed as it was out of season. Parking was ok even though one side was unpaved. The breakfast could have been better but was good enough. I think the best value for this hotel is if you play golf as well. We stayed here because it was close to Puy du Fou Espana, it was very convenient for that, we were able to get back to the hotel before the night show for 1 hour and relax.

The very clean and the room very spacious. The staff lied to us regarding food, we had traveled around 200 miles and arrived around 16:30, we was tired and hungry, they said that the kitchen was closed today and there was no staff, very poor for a hotel this size. We then had to travel into Toledo to find food for the evening meal, we had travelled enough but we had to or we wouldn’t get any food. When e arrived back at the hotel, we noticed that the dining room lights were on and places were set for food. A group of people arrived after us, the kitchen was opened and they got fed a set meal. This was Unacceptable, I complained to reception, and got a reply that they had previously booked a meal and that they were a group. So if you plan to stay here after a long journey, then make sure you have been fed before arriving.

Nos alojamos dos noches entre semana y resulta que el bar/cafetería estaba cerrado. No entiendo como en un hotel no dan ese servicio. Para tomarte una cerveza tenías que cogerla de una máquina expendedora… tampoco daban servicio de cenas, por lo que tienes que coger el coche e irte a algún pueblo a cenar. Por lo demás la habitación estaba bien.

Nos hemos alojado 2 noches, todo genial, limpieza de 10, camas muy cómodas, la atención del personal fantástica. Aparcamiento sin problema. Piscina, ideal para darte un buen chapuzón. Por poner algún pero, no hay secador de pelo (yo siempre viajo con el mío) y el armario es pequeño si te vas a alojar durante más días.

Hemos estado una noche. La piscina está fenomenal y la habitación bastante bien. La cama supletoria no es muy cómoda pero por lo demás, hemos estado muy a gusto. El desayuno, genial

Buen servicio y para turismo perfecto

Soggiornato come base per visitare Toledo distante circa 15 minuti in auto. Comodo, ottima pulizia ed ampia scelta della colazione sia per il salato che per il dolce. A disposizione la piscina ed il parcheggio.

Excellent accueil. La chambre est propre et grande mais peu d'insonorisation avec les chambres adjacentes et le couloir. La salle de bain est grande mais joint de silicone use et manquant baignoire ébréchée pommeau de douche entartre , fuite d'eau lors de la vidange de la baignoire.

An excellent stay. The hotel is a little out of Toledo, which I thought was an advantage. No noise, peace and quiet - perfect. Breakfast was very good, excellent quality. The swimming pool was very pleasant. My room was spacious, clean with a first class terrace. I liked the fresh lemon water in reception - especially as it was very hot. Hotel staff were genuinely cheerful. If I ever return to Toledo this hotel would be my first choice. The only negative. Nothing to do with the hotel. Public transport into Toledo was extremely limited. So a car is essential.

El hotel esta bien ubicado para ir en coche, entorno muy tranquilo en medio de una zona rural, faltaria un hervidor y el aire acondicionado no estaba habilitado por lo que ofreceria ventiladores , Desayuno muy bueno, Parking gratis. Cama comoda.
