The best experience in this year! We had two chihuahuas with us, They prepared a comfortable bed and dog bowl for my dogs, comfortable also for dogs, quiet area, easy to walk dogs during the night, safely, you can’t find somewhere better than smart hotel Napoli!

The property was very clean and spacious. The people were very nice and the location was great!

You're going to need it because the traffic in Naples is truly chaotic, and that's coming from someone who has lived in São Paulo. The only thing I didn't like was that breakfast only starts at 7 AM, and since we needed to leave very early for most of the tours, we had to wait for it to open. But the room is brand new, very clean, and the bed is super comfortable. There is nothing in the minibar, so you have to buy things outside. I really loved my stay at the hotel."

Unser Zimmer war toll dekoriert, weil ich geschrieben hatte, dass wir unseren Hochzeitstag in Neapel verbringen. Leider war es teilweise nachts sehr laut, da irgendeine Maschine lief. Die Getränke in der Bar war sehr gut und auch der Service dazu. Was leider absolut den guten Eindruck schmälerte, war das Frühstück und das dortige Personal. Es gab nur Saft aus dem Automaten, Früchte( Äpfel, Kiwi, Orangen) im Ganzen und schon sehr „mitgenommen“, das Rührei aus der Packung und angebrannt. Das Personal räumte dermaßen lautstark die Tische ab und deckte neu ein, dass man sich nicht wundern musste, dass alles angeschlagen war. Schade, dass das somit den Gesamteindruck reduziert!

Last minute booking and was pleasantly surprised! Staff were so kind! Free beverages in refrigerator and free buffet breakfast with many choices. The cruise ships come in and out so it’s not for everyone but I loved it! Ferry being right next door was my main reason for staying here. Very convenient and comfortable bed! I had to leave early in the morning and they had made me a to go breakfast bag😊

Amazing place !!! Will go again , I had to check out at 3:30 am to catch flight … they even gave me my breakfast to go ! Clean ! And ALL staff is amazing ! I highly recommend this beautiful hotel ! Grazie di vero cuore a tutti

Auswahl war gut

Hotellet ligger dejlig centralt. Morgenmaden var god, men ikke prangende. De var ikke altid lige gode til at få efterfyldt, der hvor noget løb tom. Alibus kan tages direkte fra lufthavnen og andet stop er lige foran hotellet. Koster 5 euro pr. person.

Very good if you want to get on a ferry to the islands

Rummet var rymligt och enkelt. Badrummet stort och i bra skick. Frukosten äggröra och korvar värmdes upp från dagen innan??

Mycket ljud under natten utifrån. Frukosten kändes inte så fräsch, när vi märkte att äggröran värmdes upp från dagen innan, likåså korvarna. Hotellet annars på bra ställe.

Good location, close to metro and ferries and some “sights” within walking distance. Rooms clean and adequate if slightly short of storage facilities and power sockets. Clean towels and linen every day an unnecessary luxury?! Staff extremely friendly, approachable and helpful. A pity more was not made of the bar/restaurant. it was not patio weather when we visited but at other times that would be a nice feature

We had a great experience at Smart Hotel Naples! The staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had great amenities, making everything easy and enjoyable. The hotel restaurant was also fantastic. Definitely a highlight for us. The location couldn’t be better, especially if you’re cruising with MSC, as the port is just around the corner. We really appreciated how accommodating the team was with our luggage. They allowed us to store our bags after check-out while we went on our Pompeii excursion, and even a week later after returning from our cruise, they kindly let us store our luggage again while we grabbed lunch before heading out of Naples. Overall, a very convenient and welcoming place to stay. We’d absolutely recommend Smart Hotel Naples!

Espectacular!! La ubicación, el paisaje, todo. Pero especialmente la atención del personal

The first room we were assigned was located directly in the lobby area with the door facing the front desk, which is very noisy. We paid extra to upgrade to a room on the second floor. In the next morning We found ants on the bathroom floor, and many ants on a white pillow in the upgraded room. When I brought the pillow case which was inside out with ants sealed inside to the front desk. The 1st staff said you should bring it back to your room... later on a 2nd staff came to our room and told us they had only found ants in rooms on the first floor and had never seen ants on the second floor. He asked whether we had brought food into the room, which we absolutely had not. He even suggested—while pointing two fingers at us—that the ants might have been brought in by us from a train or airplane, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. In addition, the safe boxes in both rooms did not work. Overall, the hotel felt more like a 2–3 star property and did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel.

Equipe de funcionários terrível em relação à educação. Principalmente uma recepcionista com idade por volta dos 50 anos. Incapaz de dar um bom dia.

Welcoming staff

Perfect place! I was so surprised by kindness of the people. It was my birthday and they surprise me with cake, candles e sing a happy birthday for me! I was amazing! The location is great because we can get to/ from the airport in a bus for 5 $, very close to metro line 1 too. Everything is nice, modern and clean! I just loved!!!5🌟
