Clean and friendly resort, money was well spent on this beautiful vacation. All inclusive was the best we’ve ever experienced. Staff was good natured and very friendly. So sad to leave and would extend our next vacation here next summer!

The first floor was a limited room. We were upgraded up the 18th floor and the view was magnificent

We really enjoyed our 1 week stay at the Riu Antillas. The resort was spacious, clean and had lots of great food options. The staff was always happy and helpful, especially Paola who worked at the towel service. The beach was perfect, with clean, clear and calm waters. We brought floaties and spent most of our time in the water and then under a hut. My only suggestion might be to replace the carpet the 13th floor as there was a musty smell to it. It did not affect our room atr all which was a great size and very clean. Overall one of the best resorts that we have been to and can't wait to return!

Liked our visit just was not happy with that. Our TV was out and the Wi-Fi the whole week we were there.

Magnificent stay, rooms were super clean, very comfortable beds, kind and gracious staff working hard always demonstrating warm hospitality. Simply amazing!

The property was nice and location. My only complaint is the bartenders by the pool were rude. At first when my husband who doesn’t complain about anything mentioned it I was taken back. When I went they ignored me and kept tending to other ppl. I was in disbelief especially we kept tipping every time we went up. I decided to stop going and walk all the way to the lobby bar for a drink. Horrible. So sad we had to deal with this during our vacation.

Last year I stayed on the regular side of the RIU which was fine. This year we stayed at the adult side. I was told we were getting an ocean view and we did not. They said they could try the next day to get us a room but we would have to check out early and then leave our bags with the bus boy and new check in be at 3. So we decided to stay because we have plans! The Lunch Buffet was disgusting. Food was undercook that we went to the other side to eat. Dinner was also awful on adult side. We sat down at a table that had broken glass that no one saw. So we left. The house keeping wasnt done till 4pm. (The housekeeping were too busy chit chatting in the hall way) and we were given 2 towels too the room. When we asked for towels they told us later and never got them. Never going back again

Love the Staff snd the wonderful people on the Island, definitely will return.

Everything was great. Somethings that could have been better are more umbrellas and beach chairs on the beach and my ocean view was very limited as I was in the side facing the light house when i paid extra for the ocean view and i couldnt see sunsets or sun rises.

The staff makes all the difference, very attentive, always smiling and cracking up jokes.

This was our first time to this property. I felt like we were treated so wonderfully the whole time. People were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean...and kept clean the whole stay. The pools were clear and obviously clean. The beach area had no rocks...perfect swimming area. The food was very good. There were inside and outside food options. We loved the "specialty bar" that opened every night with a new signature cocktail. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Everyone was very nice and friendly, the restaurant were clean and the food was good, I would recommend staying there to a friend. The TV service was out for the entire week of our stay but yet the casino had TV. Our shower had some mold and the refrigerator had ice build up.
