Emplacement idéal

Lovely hotel and central for sightseeing. Nice big room which was well maintained. A good choice for breakfast to start of the day. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

It’s very basic, economy everything. Starting from furnitures and worn carpets snd not comfortable beds to not fresh greens on very basic breakfast. It’s not 4 stars. It has to be 2 or maximum 3. Low standards of the furniture and furnitures. Location and staff/team work is good, thecrest is cheap snd on the level of 2 stars.

Hotel is outdated Elevator takes forever to come in and goes noise above the room people running up and down pillows have stains on the inside of them. Shower shelf is broken. Shower handle broken.

Très bon séjour. Localisation parfaite. Un bémol : l'ascenseur.

Förväntade mig mer av ett 4stjärnigt hotell. Det va väl fint men absolut inte som på bilderna. Duschen funkade bra men hade trasiga delar. Vi hade problem med incheckningen och fick först nycklarna till fel rum, så när vi kom in i rummet var det någon annans kläder och underkläder överallt. Vi fick då vänta på att få ett nytt rum. Under all kritik att man råkar få nyckel till en annan gästs rum! Tänk om de hade varit i rummet när vi kom in.

Sauberes Zimmer, aber das Putzteam hat die Koffer und persönliche Gegenstände verräumt. Gepäck danach völlig durcheinander. Klimaanlage hat nur in einem von zwei Zimmern funktioniert. Im Sommer sehr schwierig. Die Lage des Hotels ist hingegen optimal für einen Städtetrip

We had several requests for things to make our visit even more comfortable. Each time the response was timely and perfect.

Great location, rooms size very adequate, lovely staff, clean hotel overall. Fridge in room, toiletries, coffee station topped up daily. Shower a bit small, awkward to move about/wash hair. Bed not super comfortable, but have regular back issues, so could just be me. Enjoyed the stay overall!

Was not told had to pay local tax in cash. Air conditioner not working. Had repair done with no success only to be told that the hotel couldn’t turn on until April. Breakfast was good. Location good.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel celebrating our 25 wedding anniversary. The hotel is situated close to the Spanish steps and shopping area. The rooms are decorated to a high specification with everything you would need and spotless. The breakfast has a selection of hot & cold options. The bar is very nice but not busy, located on the first floor with view onto the street, it’s perfect for a pre dinner drinks or after dinner drinks, and the bar man was a lovely guy. All of the reception staff were lovely and very helpful. A special thanks to Ferando, who retrieved our lost bag from outside the hotel. Thank you so much!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and had a lot of options. Only complaint was the street noise at night, especially on the weekend, but the location was perfect. Would stay here again

Clean room, nice balcony with view, staff very helpful and attentive, they took care of our luggage and at the reception desk they speak English and Spanish, we felt great and very safe, family appropriate.
