The time we stepped into the room we had to call front desk for few issues, like shower room door came off, door handle broken, TVs not working, filthy toilet.

it is a fantastic hotel

The hotel rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The service provided by reception and the manager is exceptional - arranging transportation to and from the airport. The area has plenty of restaurants in walking distance and felt safe to us. There was a full breakfast there but not geared towards Western tastes. If you are not adventurous, plan breakfast elsewhere. TV was a bit of an issue. Showers are a little small but not an issue for us. We would stay there again. It is also hard to find hotels with rooms big enough for a family of 5, and this one allowed us to stay together.

My Hotel stay experience was perfect, very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is close to restaurants , produce market and convenient store. The price was ok. Late night food delivery was ok. If I am in Amman again I would go back to Balcony:)
