Cancele la reserva con suficiente tiempo, en razón en que en Petra se inundó y estaban evacuando los turistas. Y aun así cobraron la reserva sin utilizar el servicio. Me parece no adecuado ese procedimiento.

The property and location were decent. There were a pair of shoes left in the open in the room and hair on two of the beds indicating the room hadn’t been cleaned well. Dinner was offered without mention of payment, then when we sat down to eat we were informed there would be a charge. Overall it was a decent stay and very quiet.

We felt as if we were visiting family, Mohamed welcomed us in such a warm way, like long time friends, food was amazing, unbeatable location. Mohamed gave us incredible tips to enjoy Petra and Wadi Rum desert. He arranged transfer from the airport and it was very convenient after a long flight and also from Petra to Madava with a short stop at the dead sea. Thank you, we highly recomend this property, suitable for all kind of travelers.

Parking was very easy, and it’s about a 10 minute walk to an area with lots of restaurants. Less than a 10 minute drive to the Petra Visitor’s Center. Clean and comfortable. Good value for your money. The best part was the staff. So nice and they gave us a great restaurant recommendation!

The owner is very helpful giving lots of information and organising taxi to begin petra tour . There is parking at the hotel.The breakfast is very basic and unfortunately the dinner was not my thing

Stayed here one night before a day in Petra, Mohammed was very welcoming and so helpful with Petra tips. It was a good location, near restaurants, bars in Wadi Rum. The room was spacious and clean, no complaints whatsoever. The breakfast was a little basic for the price so you might want to give it a miss - plenty of better options in Petra itself, with a much better view!

C’était super. Mohamed super accueillant. L’hôtel était très très bien avec vu sur petra c’est magnifique. Le petit dej et dîner étaient super bon allez y les yeux fermés

Notre séjour à cet hôtel dans Petra été incroyable et ça , Grâce a Mohamad le propriétaire de l’hôtel qui nous a accueilli et s’est occupés de nous comme aucun autre hôtel en Jordanie ! Je vous conseille de prendre le dîner chez lui car c’était vraiment bon ! Un grand merci à mohamad

Location was close to some great restaurants although a bit far from the entrance to Petra. Room could have been a bit cleaner although the staff was very helpful

Mr Mohammed and his family were the perfect hosts! We enjoyed our stay immensely and would come back. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Mr Mohammed was efficient and knowledgeable about the area. His wife and daughters cook a traditional Dinner that is absolutely delicious, it is additional, but you definitely don’t want to pass it up!

Such a nice stay! The hotel manager was super accommodating and helpful. Rooms were big. Perfect location for visiting Petra.
