We were on a guided tour and this was the hotel they chose for us. It is a great location near many restaurants and across from the university of Jordan. We were very comfortable and pleased.

At the buffet dinners, one needed to purchase all beverages (Muslim country, no alcohol). I am referring to water, juice, coffee or tea.

Good location & surrounded by a lot of services & fast food restaurants

People were very nice and friendly and helpful, but the bathroom was disappointing: broken soap holder; poorly cleaned shower, problems with the water in the sink.people were smoking in the rooms and the hall stank. Definitely not a 4 star hotel

The area too much construction and traffic but at all the staff and reception very smart

my first trip to amman was excellent as was the stay at gerasa hotel.hotel was kept clean and tidy and I will be back in june,

The hotel is decent, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was also good and the staff friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that smoking was permitted in common areas. I guess this is just a thing in Jordan which you have to live with. But as a person with asthma it wasn’t awesome. There were lots of fast food restaurants in the area but it’s not particularly close to central Amman.

A car to pick us up at the airport was booked with the hotel via email on 19/8/18. We have the confirmation email with us. No one was there and when we rang them they denied all knowledge. Nor did they apologise for the oversight. Thus we had to make our own way. Not a great start.

Bonjour petite anecdote, au restaurant j ai demandé un verre de vin, la réponse du maître d hôtel fut simple, pas messieur ! Ha lui si je c est un hôtel international mais soumis à l islam, il l’a répondu avec un grand sourire en disant : c est cela monsieur Donc pour ceux qui souhaitent un verre c est raté belle journée

Hotel if great place to stay .staff are great very helpful and friendly. Loved my stay.

Comfortable bed, hard pillows, music all through the night from a wedding-did not get a good night's rest. I wouldn't stay here again.
