If you just want to relax this is a perfect choice. I'd give the staff 10 stars, all of them were excellent. Our room was clean and noise free. It was a VERY relaxing experience. We didn't need our room cleaned the whole trip, but the day before our last day we requested a roll of toilet paper through the app and never got a response. The husband had to walk up to the lobby to request it. When it rained it leaked in some areas of the dining area and the mosquitos and birds were TERRIBLE in the dining area, but I'd still return to this resort.

Great place to stay if you need to unwind and take care of your mental health. Services were great and available any moment. Make sure to communicate with front desk for any transportation request, as places are at least 25-30 mins away from the stay.

It was so relaxing

Great place to relax and unwind. Food was great. Plunge pool was nice. Bring the bug spray and consider a split trip between Escape and their other resort Cocobay.

So hurricane Erin just hit north of Antigua last weekend august 16th and 17th and had winds and rain all weekend badly and very bad swells and bad waves . Winds reached 65 mph in some areas on the island . So I wanted to cancel and get a full refund because my cousin lives in Antigua and told us to cancel the whole trip because we didn’t know if the hurricane could of changed course and went straight for Antigua but anyways the hotel didn’t give me any refund and took all my money . It’s very unprofessional and typical corporate. This place just proves they don’t care about the people but just about your money . My cousin said that part of the island has to many mosquitoes so watch out . Also the beach area is absolutely terrible. Go to Jamaica trust me . Enjoy

We had a great experience at the Escape. Everyone was friendly and ready to help from the second we arrived. Very quiet and peaceful area. Would recommend!

Limited food options. Stayed for 4 days 3 nights and not one single day did house keeping come attend the room. Had to call for clean towels on day 3. There is only 1 restaurant option and 1 bar. The “snack” bar was only 2 types of sandwiches. The staff was not friendly at all and seemed bothered when asked for drinks and any extra food or accommodations during meal time and moved extra slow. The only good thing this hotel had was the pool each bedroom and the 2 sinks per room and good wifi in the rooms. I would not return or recommend overall.

We came to The Escape at Nonsuch Bay for our honeymoon. This place exceeded every expectation. It was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation, with just the right mix of adventure and peaceful downtime. If you’re looking for a true escape, this is it. The setting is quiet, beautiful, and serene, and everyone who works here is genuinely lovely. They accommodated our every need, and booking activities through them was seamless from start to finish. Some of our highlights were swimming with the stingrays and a private beach picnic, highly recommend both! Every meal was delicious, with plenty of variety, and I loved that I left feeling healthy and energized. Dinner often featured live music, piano, saxophone, or singing, and when there wasn’t a performer, the playlist was spot-on. The vibes here are immaculate. We truly had the most wonderful time, and I could go on and on. If you’re considering The Escape at Nonsuch Bay, just book it. You won’t regret it.

I stayed there for three nights and housekeeping, never came to clean my room, even when I requested it. Furthermore, the dining options is very limited, hardly has authentic Caribbean foods, very tiny portions, and some staff at the dining areas were rude when we asked for additional meals in an all-inclusive restaurant. The rooms are beautiful and the plunge pool is amazing but that’s the only thing this hotel has going for itself. They need better all inclusive options in regards to food and beverage and also train your stuff to be more polite.

The food options, we’re great for an inclusive limited menu. Everything taste wonderful the service was great, and the wonderful views definitely were impressive.

Extraordinaire , calme , gentilles , vue incroyable on a tout aimé

If you are looking to get away and relax this is the resort for you. Although there is only one restaurant at the resort, the menu changes daily. There is always a cheeseburger on the menu if nothing suits your taste. The room with a private pool means that you can just read on your balcony and cool off as needed. This resort is very isolated but you can rent a car and explore the island. The roads are narrow and bumpy but if you are comfortable driving on the left side of the road it was amazing to explore other parts of this beautiful island. Great food, beautiful views and the perfect getaway with the one you love. Maxine at the restaurant was amazing! I would highly recommend this resort.

I had such a great time at this hotel. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. Hannah, Micah, and Maxine were especially wonderful. On our first night, Hannah gave us helpful information about some carnival events, which led to us having an amazing time at a few of the fetes (parties). Maxine and Micah took care of our dinner reservations and made the overall dining experience a perfect 10 out of 10. The food was delicious, and the drinks were just as great. It was an overall amazing experience, and I would definitely come back again.

The property itself was lovely, but its location was quite remote and far from everything. I was disappointed by the limited food options, and after a certain time, there was no food available I found myself hungry at night with nowhere to eat. However, I want to express my sincere thanks to Charles, Hana, and Keirah, who were all incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

Complete and absolute mosquito fest. Dining experience was divided by shooing birds, swatting mosquitoes and trying to eat. Menu was extremely limited and really wish they just stuck to Caribbean food. The whole experience was pretty disappointing. Property is no where close to anything, which is fine if you just want seclusion, but if you want to do activities you’re spending a lot of money on taxis in order to do excursions or to go to a nice beach. We will definitely be returning to Antigua, but will either be on on of the south or west beaches.

This resort was beautiful and quiet. It was definitely a peaceful getaway. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The resort is tucked away on the island and a long distance from any attractions, restaurants, and popular beaches. It would be ideal if you have no plans to explore the island. My issue was with the food. There is only one restaurant on the property and the last seating for dinner is 9pm. If you don’t dine in the restaurant by that time, there is no more food available to you. One night, I was not hungry at my reservation time and asked if I could take food to my room for later but I was denied. I would stay here again, but knowing the food situation I know to buy food from the other side of town and bring it back to the hotel with me.

The customer service was 10 out of 10. The food and beverage staff was magnificent..
