Not as describe. No breakfasts, no kitchenettes. These were pretty major considerations when we booked

Chambre propre, lit ultra confortable stationnement proche des chambres

Le stationnement et l'emplacement était horrible. La machine a café dégoûtent, pas de service de chambre. Nous devons nous rendre a la réception pour du papier toilette, serviettes, kleenex et même les sac a pour que nous devrions nous même aller les porter dans les poubelle extérieur. Le pire hotel que j'ai vu.

Checked in for 2 nights to see a game. Wasn't expecting the top hotel for the price. Had called prior to arriving to ask if the rooms were accessible and wasn't really understood. I received a message shortly after that they were all on one level, so assumed that meant they were. They are NOT. If you are wheelchair bound, this is NOT the place for your stay. I saw one room that could be accessed by a ramp from the parking lot, directly to the door to that one room. The office has a curb with no cutout, all of the rooms are accessed off a sidewalk that has stairs randomly along the length and stairs to the parking lot at random locations. The outside has been updated and looks nice. The room we had looked like it had recently been upgraded in the bathroom and new paint in the room, clean linens on the bed. Sadly, one entire corner of the bedroom was a massive cobweb (at least 2 feet wide). The extra blankets were on a high shelf in the corner close to the cobwebs and they felt "not so clean" so we went without. There were ants coming out of the corners of the grout in the bathroom and all over the bathroom floor, which is white so easy to see... in the bedroom with the grey carpet, impossible to see but obvious when they were on the white sheets and comforter. Found 2 larger silverfish in one of the beds. Disappointed that I just was not impressed with the visit. One positive is that the beds were comfortable, if you could get past the idea of the bugs.

A mon avis, tout me paraissait agréable, surtout la présentation de la chambre. A la seule différence, j'étais hors de la chambre pendant un certain temps, 15 minutes avant mon check out la porte est complètement et je ne pouvais plus l'ouvrir avec la clé reçue du secrétariat

Yeah parking was safe and Ac or heat work fine, but WIFI FROM 0 to 10 I’ll give 2. And there was no closet in the room…

Les chambres sont propres et rénovées. Il manques quelques surfaces horizontales et de pôles à serviettes dans la salle de bain. Télévision écran géant et literie confortable.

I have stayed many times and in different units. This unit (149) lacked some TLC. I strongly advise the management to either advise customers in this (and possibly other untis??) to be super careful in the tub when taking a shower. Someone is going to fall and the motel could be facing a liability issue. The tub (a type of polymer or plastique insert) was INCREDIBLY slippery and there are no grab bars, I spent my time trying hard not to slip and fall. In addition the shower head had been clumsily 'repaired' with white plumbing tape and could not be adjusted. Disappointing after staying in other units at the same place. I really hope no one falls on the premises. Thanks for considering my feedback.

Très bel accueil. Tout es mit à disposition, l’accueil très disponible. Petit bémols, ça serait top d’avoir un micro-onde directement dans la chambre d’hôtel. Cordialement

Le personnel est courtois et l’enregistrement facile. Ils ont su nous accommoder (chambre adjacente et arrivée plus tôt). Cependant, le stationnement est étroit surtout avec des plus gros véhicules. Les chambres sont propres et accueillante. Le seul point négatif est l’isolation des chambres… nous entendions très facilement nos voisins de chambre et les bruits à l’intérieur de la chambre. Il s’agit d’une bonne place pour un arrêt rapide d’une nuit entre deux destinations, mais sans plus…bon rapport qualité/ prix
