everything about this hotel is worth the price. the downside for me is only the room doesn’t sound proof so the sound from outside or hallway can be easily heard

Location wise is really convenient to MRT station, Clarke Quay central, restaurants, and bars. 5-10 minutes walking distance only. There are also 3 shops of 711 nearby. The front office is also helpful, but the room is really compact!

Good hootel with good services.

The room is so dirty and the bathroom so smelly, it's not a proper hotel.

The room is nice very cozy. The female receptionist was very nice and accommodating. Sadly, the aircon wasn't working throughout the night even up till check out.

Okay location, room was much smaller than expected despite upgrading to their largest room available. Did not have toothpaste available which made things troublesome. Not a good staycation especially if you are going to drink.

Not very spacious but still OK. Location is good. Many food to eat. Staff is very friendly and nice. Can consider to go again.

It was a very dusty room. But everything else is good. Check in was quite easy. When entering the lobby, please be careful, too reflective may knock into the stairs infront of you. The room I am in, has this sharp edge at the corner of the bed, when you get off from it, or leave the toilet to get into bed. Me and my friends all got scratch from it. They also have very limited TV channels. But everything else is okay! Its a very comfortable bed! With all the required items available! Is in a very good location where food are easily accessible! However, the room facing the road is a bit noisy at night. With garbage collection around 12midnight. So maybe a little too loud for comfort. For a quick recharge, it is a very nice environment.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. However, the rooms is dusty and mini bar has opened biscuits. I think cleaner never checked. I did purchase additional birthday setup for swan but did not expected the same. And speak normal also neighbor complained and the receptionist informed us that rooms are not soundproof.

Hotel wasn't as impressive as how it seemed on photos. Free mini bar tho, that 's a plus.

Although they are kind to give a complimentary room upgrade, the state of the room is not pretty well kept. The are a few things I would like to point out and hope the hotel would consider tackling the issue. 1. The room is very dusty. There is dust everywhere on the frame of the mirror and on the table. Also, the toilet is questionable. There is no place for you to hang your clothes/towels when you want to take a shower. 2. The floor of the room is a 'cement' design. I guess it's the initial theme? But it's definitely bothersome feeling your feet is dusty from stepping on the dirty floor. Also, the design of the tap at the sink. It's being blocked by the mirror frame, which makes it unable for us to turn on the cold water so we have to make do with warm to hot water in brushing teeth and doing other necessary routines. 3. The bed frame is so dangerous to the point my friend had a few injuries from it. The corners, at the end of the bed frame, is so sharp that it easily scratched my friend and the other bled a little from the wound. I just hope they would do something about that before any other guests get injured, especially if they have children with them. 4. The location of the hotel is not condusive at all at night. At 1 am, it can be heard clearly how loud and noisy the road below is. It was as if the window was not shut tight. 5. Also, there wasn't any door tag/button to indicate we want to have our room clean while we're out. It's really troublesome for us to go up to the receptionist, at level 5, just to tell them our request before taking the lift again to go down

Even though the room was smaller than I expected, it is suitable for a short vacation. I like the cleanliness and interior design of the room. The receptionist is polite, professional and friendly. There is also free snacks and drinks which I appreciate a lot:) Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience. Thank you for having us!

Cozy, pretty lil room. Jacuzzi was just a flight of stairs away. Would definitely be going back again! 😌 Only downfall was the remote didn't work. But they replaced it.

We definitely wouldn't mind coming back. Booked the hotel and requested for higher floor and we got it. The room was just nice for us. Even tho the aircon was bit faulty but the day after they managed to fix it on the spot and housekeep my room too at a very almost late afternoon! Cause we are not a morning person! They actually offer me to switch to the smaller room with double bed but I did not want as I didn't want to move around much with all my things. The housekeeping was awesome too! The room was really clean! And I did not know that they stock up the minibar every housekeeping. That is so nice. I accidentally move the fridge and behind it was dusty. The shampoo and bodywash was okay but there's no conditioner. But its okay anyway :) Also it's very easy to communicate in whatsapp, replies in short time too. Definitely would love to come back to the same room! Everything was nice. Smart TV can be mirroring with android phone but not meant for iphone. Just need to ask the correct LG remote. Also I thought the room includes with the iron board. But the moment I ask in whatsapp, before I even arrived they placed it in my room already before checking in. They really treat us nicely. Me and my husband are very happy with our stay. The premium king room was just nice and spacious for us both! We do not even feel scared especially at the corridor area. Love the services! Great stay! Cosy room, and the rooftop jacuzzi was a gem! Nice mini bar with some snacks and drinks provided. Service was very warm. They have a whatsapp that we can reach out if we need anything. Only bad thing was the sound proofing was not very good so we can hear when neighbour doors were slammed shut.

Small but lovely hotel, clean toilet and comfortable bed. Really good for a budget hotel.

Reception provide room key for check in, once reach the room someone cleaner was sleep & rest inside. Then inform reception and immediately change to other smaller room. Room was dusty on desk, bed frame, behind the door, coffee machine, hair inside toilet. Then go to reception request for exchange other room, no room available. Room soundproof was poor.
