Lift was very crowded because odd and even floors used different lift. Receptionist was not good. The room was to small, very uncomfortable.

room is ridiculously small. it's impossible to open 2 luggage at once, only suitable for backpackers. my bathroom is outside the room. though it says the bathroom is privately use only for my room, I found it was used by other guest. TV is not working and the double bed size is definitely too small for 2 person, only 120x180cm. I have to pay extra 91HKD while checked in for room cleaning service but they don't even clean my room. guy at the receptionist is not friendly at all and doesn't care with all the complain I give. the location is actually very good in the main street of tsim sha shui but the building itself looks old and might not very safe for woman because there are so many guys at the entrance that insist to offering something that i'm not sure what it is everytime I had to leave and enter the building.
