The property is conveniently located close to the airport, which made the transfer very easy. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. This trip was our babymoon, and they added some really thoughtful touches, including non-alcoholic drinks in the room and even a pregnancy pillow, which I really appreciated. My husband made great use of the spa every day. It had amazing cold plunge pools, saunas, steam rooms, and a beautiful pool area to relax in. The gym was also top-notch and something he really enjoyed. I do wish there had been more pregnancy-friendly classes. There were quite a few pregnant women at the resort, and I wasn’t able to participate in most of the sessions. A prenatal yoga class would have been a great addition. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and nicely designed. My only real complaint was the lack of a balcony. While the room was listed as a partial ocean view, it mostly overlooked the pool.

My wife and I came to Palm Heights to celebrate my birthday and Maria and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! The food at Tillie’s is the best on the island and the spa and gym are amazing! We can’t wait to come back

Beautiful property. Great service- VERY PRICEY!

5 star hotel. Only issues: The room descriptions are misleading. The majority of one bedrooms “with a balcony” are a sliding door with a 2 feet wide (60cm) walk out - at the widest. You cannot see the beach unless you’re standing out there. No sitting possble. Beach chairs too close.

This property is just exquisite! The service, the food, the cleanliness, the hospitality. It’s one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. High recommend.

The friendly service when you entered the property was so needed especially since for a well needed vacation. Food options was good Loved the fitness facility! Used it twice a day. Will certainly make our way back to Palm Heights.

If I could give this review 10 stars I would. My wife and I and another couple spent 5 days here. We didn’t know what to expect … what we experienced was like nothing we’ve experienced at other resorts. The attention to detail of our stay, the friendly staff through the resort, the fantastic food, the accommodations and the overall layout and look of the resort was fantastic. This is a must when traveling to Grand Cayman!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience for our first time in the Caymans. Every aspect of this hotel is a 5 star experience and the staff really take care of your every need. We also had a rental car and they took care of that with valet service free of charge. Amazing spa which we liked so much that we came back for massages twice. We will definitely be back and there is no other place that we would choose to stay while on Grand Cayman
