This was a good room for me and my family for a one night stay. The room was clean, and we were able to check-in early to our room without any issues.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was centrally located and super clean. I particularly liked having a washer and dryer after coming off a 6 day cruise. I would recommend this apartment.

Everything was wonderful, only problem we encountered was there were no instructions for check out.

I had stayed there before so was familiar with the accommodation and location. There were plenty of utensils for meal preparation. Just a small negative; 10 am checkout is a little early given that checkin isn’t until 4:00 pm.

Fabulous apartment in Fort Lauderdale. Clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Cookware available if you would like to cook. Walkable distance to Las Olas with an array of restaurants and shops! Close to the water taxi and other places.

The host is a great communicator and goes over and above to be sure you are comfortable!!

Pros - Clean and equipped with all necessities. Easy checkin. Location was great. Free parking a plus. Great value. Cons - Moldy smell in smaller bathroom due to shower water on floor. Bed needs to be replaced, not comfortable. Phone rang day and night, once at 1230am and once at 530am. Not sure if landline is the same for all units but it was annoying.

Clean and moderrn

The location was very convenient, the communication with owner was very good. But the place itself needs lots of cleaning. Fresh coat of paint would help a lot. Pictures maybe old.

Fantastic place. A surprising little gem

I was so happy to have found Alani Bay condos. I was looking for something different from the usual hotels and noise and this place is perfect. It is tucked in this nice neighborhood close to most of the restaurants, beaches and attractions. No more than 30 min driving to most places. The condo was clean and inviting. It has most of the things you need for a trip. The manager is so helpful and made sure we had all of the instructions in a timely manner. He also had great recommendations for restaurants and other things to do. Definitely look forward to coming back again.

Great location near shopping and restaurants

Overall a great stay and the manager was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

Communication was excellent. The lights in one of the rooms stopped working and the owner came right away to fix it. Great location in a great neighborhood at a walking distance from Las Olas Boulevard. We woke up one day to workers coming into the yard and it made us feel abit uncomfortable. A heads up would have definitely been appreciated. Would definitely come back !
