Great room with cooking faculities, staff were super helpfull and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location which is a short and pleasant walk into Cambridge centre. You get what you pay for at this hotel which is an all round luxurious hotel experience.

The property was well located and with free onsite parking. The room was a good size with en suite and very very clean. Helen was lovely and very attentive. The breakfast was perfect, well cooked and very tasty. Would recommend very highly.

The property is lovely. Very clean, warm and comfortable. You are made to feel at home rather than being in a hotel room. I hadn't advised i woukd need a patking space, but it was no issue. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and the host Helen is really lovely welcoming you into their home. Definitely stay here again. I was here for business and very handy location to get my customers.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, breakfast was delicious, absolutely nothing to complain about, would return if room needed in Aylesbury!

The owner was was very friendly, welcoming & helpful. The guest house was beautifully decorated & furnished & spotlessly clean. The shower in my ensuite bathroom was very spacious & easy to access. The breakfast in the dining room was delicious with plenty of choice. There were fresh flowers on each table which I thought was a nice touch. I only stayed 2 nights as I was attending a family wedding in the area but would have been happy to stay longer. If ever I need to visit Aylesury again I would want to stay at that guest house.

Helen & Pat are wonderful. Their property is beautiful, clean, spotless even. Helen & Pat can’t do enough for you & the breakfast is the best We would recommend “House 41” to everyone We live in Australia, & if we ever come back we will definitely going back to “House 41” in Aylesbury

We had a nights' stay for a wedding and very grateful we could access our room earlier to dress. Our host was super helpful with my enquires, very welcoming and easy to talk with. A very lovely lady. My daughter was very impressed with the house so that alone would have awarded them an extra star. With so much going on over the weekend it was good to find this place to stay at a reasonable price

We had a lovely stay at House Forty one. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast was lovely with a local sausage which was yummy. We will be back

The house and the owners are very friendly and the stay was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and i always started the day off well as a result. The rooms are clean and well stocked, there is a TV , kettle with tea and coffee and milk in a fridge , my room had a shower and toilet ensuite. Great place to stay and well worth using if youre in the area.
