Andrew and Michelle are wonderful hosts and go above and beyond to make their guests comfortable - great hospitality. The hotel is well-situated, just a short walk to the shops and across from the beach. Free parking is available around the side of the hotel, but the spaces are tight - just something to bear in mind when driving there. Amazing breakfast! Clean and nice rooms, with tea, coffee and a kettle, and a lovely sea view. I would happily stay here again.

The room was mostly clean. Andrew and Michelle were very warm and made us feel very at home. There are a lot of stairs at this property and it is important to know that before you book. The view from the room is lovely. the main road was quiet at night. The location is great for walking into the town centre. The breakfast was superb. Our only gripe was the TV was just tiny and not really watchable. The car park is small, but a great addition to the property.

I loved staying at The Beaches because everything was perfect, the owners were on hand to do breakfast every morning which wasn't limited to either a full English or just cereals (as in some B&B's that I've stayed in), they were happy to be of any help that you needed. I would be very happy to stay there next year when I go down again. There was nothing to hate about staying there.

Spotlessly clean, lovely friendly hosts. Family room was fantastic, all together but a dividing wall and door for privacy if needed. Each side had its own tv and bathroom. Oh and a seaview to die for! I would highly recommend this guest house.

Great stay , breakfast was lovely and catered for vegetarians.Andrew and Michelle were very welcoming and friendly.only thing I would change is the size of the TV in the room,( very small) .

I stayed at The Beaches for just 1 night with my 7 yr old daughter. The hosts were absolutely brilliant and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. They lent us a mini fridge so we could keep some food supplies cool, tailored our breakfast to our exact needs and were so friendly and helpful. The room (#8) was a small family room and was indeed quite compact with a small toilet/shower room and a sink in the main room. It met our needs though, and I appreciated the little touches like toiletries and quality toilet paper. The location was great with the beach just across the road! Breakfast was a lovely, traditional affair that certainly set us up for the day and having a parking space during our stay was very helpful too given the prices along the seafront. I would definitely recommend The Beaches for a convenient stay in WSM.

The host was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was provided. The location is excellent, close to the beach, less than ten minute walk to the pier, town centre and restaurants.

Returned again after many great stays here. Michelle and Andrew are always very friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and spacious, lovely breakfast and nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be back again next year, many thanks Lee, Mandy and Charlotte.

I padroni di casa sono persone molto accoglienti e la struttura è fronte mare con vista sulla baia. Non è in centro città ma con 10 min. di passeggiata a piedi ci si arriva. Lato negativo (come dappertutto) i tanti gradini dei B&B.

This property is in an ideal spot for everything u want to do in western, michelle is so friendly and welcoming wen u arrive,the room spotlessly clean,tea,coffee facilities ,tv and bathroom all clean. Great price,breakfast included.Very happy,definitely stay here again,

This was a great find at short notice and lucky to get it. Staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. A nice family friendly hotel. Couldn't fault anything.
