Pelayanan buruk.

Kamar mandi tidak bersih, kamar kotor, pelayanan tidak ramah.

Air mandi keluar sedikit dan awalannya airnya keluar kotor campur lumpur. Fasilitas kamar lumayan nyaman.

the front door is hard to open, kinda stuck in the corner, there's a hole in the bathroom door and only covered by pieceof cloth. you have to pay more to get soap

Cukup nyaman, tenang untuk istirahat dan berlibur di kota Bandung. cari kebutuhan mudah. Lokasi strategis.

Kamar tidur kasurnya sudah usang, air minum tidak ada, colkan tidak ada. TV buras menurutku merusak nama baik hotel oyo.

the bad is not for staying, it's just like old building, dirty place, hot air conditioner, te bathroom is just like public restroom. for that price should be they do better then right now, the staff also wake me up early morning only for parking it's useless. my opinion agent should not show this Wisma because it's not for tourism industry that place good for student who want stay at big city in low budget. when you see the building in the first time it's just like horror movie. the staff also don't know how to do hospitality standard. my suggestion they should burn that place and change to cemetery

Pelayanannya memuaskan, kamarnya bersih dan nyaman.

Kasurnya sakit banget pernya sudah pada keluar.

Kamar jorok tidak pernah di bersihkan ada bekas puntung rokok di meja air panas tidak ada, bad experience.
