We live this hotel. It’s our second time in Lusaka & we were here for 2 weeks. The staff are incredible, the site is serene and the breakfast is fabulous! The price for the hotel & amenities can’t be beat.

It was acceptable property for the price. WIFI was horrible, especially for a convention center

Television stations wouldnt work. Limited resturant menu. Very rarely could i get a cold drink without ice. You had to pay laundry if you need ed to iron your clothes due to tje fact there were no irons in the rooms.On a good not the people and staff were very nic and friendly.

Walk to rooms too far. Room service sloooow. Shower barely functioning. No security lock on door. Wifi only available in certain areas. May be good for convention but not a very good hotel/motel

Friendly helpful assistants. Ambiance is good just that there were too many roaches time I visited now they popping out of my bags anywhere

It’s a wonderful unique place. Very safe and secure!! The room is quite and clean. Staff are friendly and kind. Breakfast is yummm 😋 gym is amazing!! It’s unbelievable. Also there is spa on the side. Great !!👍

The pool was really dirty no way to use that pool breakfast every day the same

This hotel while conveniently located near the airport looks like the set of some apocalyptic zombie movie. It's really a very strange place with limited wifi access and it requires a bit of a hike though uncompleted sections of the property (with no lighting) to get to and from your room to the main reception/restaurant/bar. The only good thing about this place were the staff who were great. Lastly, beware of the airport shuttle costs. They charge K300 per person. A taxi costs K120 for as many people as you can fit in the vehicle.

Nice and cozy. Exotic. In town but on a safari. Great place with natural ambience. Great gardens. Wonderful service. Not far from everything..

I will not stay here again. Had no towels in the room. Had to ask. Aircon does not work. I asked for another room but told none was available. The toilet seat is loose and cracked. Its very unhygienic. There was no hot water. The wifi does not work and the cell phone reception is so bad that I had no network. Staff was friendly. Sorry but hotel management has no interest in doing any maintenance. Previous stays was ok, but this was my last time.

Need a bit of More TLC but overall I enjoyed my stay. Staff is friendly

Stayed during transit, Ok hotel with pretty big rooms. Food wasn't anything special but location was good for early flight in the morning. Large area and probably good for conventions.

The staff members were great. Very friendly, approachable, and attentive. The campus is developing but so far I found that there were enough facilities to suit my needs. The gym had an abundance of equipment and I was able to stay with my workout program. There is a very nice bar and I was even able to get a haircut in the barbershop. It was really quiet and welcoming. I did see a few roaches. So, I hope that staff would consider pest control to eliminate them. However, it wasn't enough to creep me out. Overall, I would revisit.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 of our 20 days in Zambia and I wish we would have booked more for the price offered on Orbitz! It was clean, comfortable and quiet! The rooms are far enough away from the conference rooms! The place needs some maintenance but everything worked well, including the Internet which was the best we had anywhere else! The food was ok, I wouldn't recommend eating at the restaurant due to the lack of choices, but it was nice that breakfast was included. Wish I had taken pictures! It's a cute place but I don't feel the pictures they provide are quite accurate. I thought it would be much bigger than it was, but it's a small nice place.
