Buena atención, limpieza, desayunos y parqueos en el hotel.

Very nice all together.

Located in El Centro near Mecrcado 9, Hotel Yanuncay has easy access to local shopping and restaurants. Catching a taxi is easy and most rides around Cuenca take little time. The hotel has an elevator and on site parking. Although the staff does not speak English, they are very accommodating and work hard to make your stay enjoyable.

The service was incredible. The staff went completely crazy to be attentive. Great front desk!

Staff was friendly and helpful. They were especially accommodating in letting us check in early which was most appreciated. Breakfast was without any imagination or special touch. Plain eggs and the same bread every day. Rooms are ok but not particularly appealing.
