We had a fantastic stay at Ski-Inn Ruka Valley and would highly recommend it. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, modern, and very well equipped. Having our own private sauna was a real highlight, and the drying racks for ski clothing were incredibly useful after a day on the slopes. The ski locker downstairs for skis and poles made everything so convenient and hassle-free. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the customer service truly stood out. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We also really appreciated the clear and helpful instructions sent via text message prior to arrival, which made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant experience — so much so that we’ve already booked to come back next year!

Rinteet vieressä, siisti, hyvä sauna. Rauhallinen. Aamupala voisi olla kattavampi (lämpimänä vaihtoehtona vain munakokkelia ja nakkia) Huoneessa kylmä vaikka lämmitys ”täysillä”. Suosittelen lapsiperheille ja pariskunnille jotka haluavat rauhallisen laadukkaan majoituksen.

Easy Access to the slopes, some bars and restaurants around but most you have to get the cable car too, which wasn't too bad as they closed at 11pm. Ski hire next door same as a little k Mart

Super bra läge, nära till slalombacken. Nya och fräscha rum med bra planering. Det var inte trångt fast man är fyra i 48m2. Fast vi hade "hund-rum" såg vi inte ett spår av att andra hundar skulle ha varit i rummet tidigare.

Todella rauhallinen yöpyminen aivan loistavalla sijainnilla

Erinomainen lokaatio laskettelun ja hiihtolatujen sekä talvivaellusreittien näkökulmasta. Gondolahissi aivan hotellin oven tuntumassa. Huone erinomainen ja oma sauna iso plussa.

Sauna yllättävän hyvä! Sänky myös. Ainoa puute jonka rekisteröin, luuttu keittiöstä puuttui, jos jotain huomautettavaa. Erinomainen paikka, kaikki niin simppeliä. Hyvin organisoitu, Iso Kiitos!

Toimiva konsepti. Hyvä, ettei tarvita avaimia. Respa kuitenkin tarvittaessa heti alakerrassa. Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä. Huone hieman nautin kokoinen, mutta toimiva. Kylppärissä todella huonot valot huomioiden tummat kaakelit. Pesuallas liian pieni, sen syvyys olisi hyvin voinut olla 10 cm enemmän, niin käyttömukavuus olisi parempi. Samoin ammeen suojaseinä on niin kapea, että se tuskin esti lainkaan veden roiskumista vessaan.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel stay was helpful and kind. The room was comfortable and clean, the in room sauna was wonderful after a day of skiing.

Poreallas sai varaamaan huoneiston ruskaretkelle. RukaValley58 huoneiston parvekkeelta löytyy poreallas, mikä oli patikointipäivän jälkeen aika mahtava juttu. Allas oli heti valmis, joten saunan jälkeen sinne pääsi samantien. Veden lämpötilaa ei saanut itse vaihtaa, se oli asetettu +36'c asteeseen. Omasta mielestä asteet voisi ainakin talvea kohden olla +38'c. Huoneiston muut ominaisuudet toimi hyvin ja tuolla olisi varmasti viihtynyt muutaman yön kauemminkin. Kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi vessaa tarjoaa mahdollisuuksia vaikka kahden pariskunnan yhteismajoitukseen. Sijainti ei ole keskeinen, mutta kyllä tästäkin ravintola vierestä löytyy.

A personal sauna…OMG! Apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Bathroom was phenomenal. Check-in was self service, but that was well managed. If you came here in winter you literally walk out the front door to the ski lift.

Mukava majoitus aivan rinteiden juuressa. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja toteutti toiveemme. Huoneessa oleva keittiö toimi tarpeisiimme loistavasti.

Let's start with the positives. The hotel's location couldn't be better, situated right in front of the ski lifts and pistes. This made it incredibly convenient to hit the slopes first thing in the morning and to return to the hotel after a day of skiing. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean but without any cleaning services during the stay. Unfortunately, my experience with the Reception desk left much to be desired. Despite reaching out for assistance with various inquiries, I found the staff to be unhelpful and at times dismissive. This was especially frustrating when attempting to address issues with advice on snowshoe tracks and needing clarification on certain amenities and other bookings. It would be great if the staff could be more attentive and accommodating to guests' needs and use less: "We don't know!" Another downside was the breakfast options offered at the hotel. As a vegan with gluten restrictions, I found the selection to be quite limited. I encountered some issues with local taxis in the area. Despite travelling different distances, I was consistently quoted the same fare, which seemed unfair and inconsistent. No taxi meters. Overall, while Ruka Valley Inn has its merits, there are areas where improvements could be made to enhance the overall guest experience. With better customer service, expanded breakfast options, and improved transparency in local transportation, this could truly be a standout destination for ski enthusiasts.

Everything was functioning well. Food at Camp restaurant was very good.
