Great value for money

Close location to the sporting facilities, very clean & everything we were after.

Excellent service by Darcy, comfortable bed, great size room. Ample parking. Very close to great food options and sporting centres.

Bed not super comfy, but it wasn't too bad.

Comfortable, quiet, with efficient staff. Room very clean, bed mattress firm but linen very soft and cozy. Shower head can be raised and lowered, and shower walk-in had no step up nor down - handy for those with vision impairment or minor mobility issues.

A very nice hotel with professional and polite staff. The room was very clean and neat, but unfortunately the bed was terrible. It was incredibly hard.

We wanted a hotel adjacent to the GC Suns stadium in Carrara. The Elite is an easy walk across from it. The hotel itself was really good value for money. The room was clean, well appointed and big enough for us. We had a nice quick meal in the bistro which was well priced and very good.

Always convenient when my girls play sport

Lack of dining options (esp. children) incl. breakfast. Needs to be some form of rubber / stopper underneath shower door to prevent wet bathroom floor. No matter which way I had the shower head, water still went out the door. Very clean & walking distance to sport stadium.

A bit out of town but very nice

Incredibly clean and comfortable stay. Everything was easy and convenient. Good dining and shopping options close by.

This property looks like a storage facility. The outdoor pool overlooks the car park. The family room has a strange layout where you walk in past the kitchen and the dividing wall there on the right has a toilet (wedged between kitchen and lounge?) and then you have a narrow lounge, walk left and there is a door that when you open it reveals a shower and sink. Feels like toilet and this separate shower are in cupboards. There is a large room with beds they configured to two kings - singles stuck together that sink in the middle. The room was very cold even with setting turned up to 25 degrees. The facilities on the website are not at this motel but a 7 minute walk away. Feels like (prison?!) or perhaps school sporting accommodation - it is very boxy, but is also clean and secure. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The restaurant dinner was average, and breakfast all they had on offer is continental (not included in room rate). Spend similar and stay somewhere else with ocean views and nice onsite facilities and restaurants, with nice breakfast options.

Great location with fun sport facilities, plenty of parking, fabulous restaurant onsite and cool casual dining (bar) nearby. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Definitely want to come back with the family or for another girls weekend away. With a soccer field, free mini golf, pickle ball, paddel ball, tennis courts, gym, heated indoor pool, onsite infinity pool and golf driving range straight off the nearby sports bar, it would be a fantastic getaway for everyone.

Good location, quiet not busy. We went during easter holiday. The restaurant downstairs is very handy and the food tastes good. Clean and good size room. Again I requested king bed but they put double bed together and covered with a bed sheet. I also confirmed that on the phone. They did it to other guests as well. Free parking which should be for every hotel. You already paid for the room why should you also pay for the parking. It doesn’t make sense. Overall, we will be back there again.

Nice quiet position with good facilities; loved the sports complex with the crazy golf, gym, pool etc. 9.7 /10 due to air con hit and miss and no lower than 22 deg . Would recommend though

Good location, close to food & shops. Clean & comfortable for our quick stay. Friendly staff & plenty of parking.

The hotel facilities were great. We got to play lots of complimentary mini golf, and use the gym, sauna and pool.
