員工非常友善和幫忙，房間很有非洲特色，但每日均會停電，隔日停水，個人認為不適合背包客，因為出入要坐的士，附近沒有超市人、便利店和餐廳。

Stayed two nights. No water and power on the first night until 10pm. Water ran very weak and had times with no water. Did not wash hair for two days. Other than that it is a lovely place to stay with its peaceful and quiet. It is not close to city centre. Need to take taxi, appr. 5USD each trip.

Liked the typical colonial style camping atmosphere. The staff were attentive as possible and always helpful, polite and friendly, particularly the manager & chef.

It was awesome. They are doing a great job, from Enochs pick up at the airport, smiling and on time, to Blessing and Olli's continued help and professionalism at the front desk. Also the staff do a fantastic job keeping the place sparkling clean which can be hard to do in a hostel! We were very happy there and can recommend it wholeheartedly!

Lovely location and facilities! Great customer service too. Bring drinking water though - or be prepared to boil it all and drop a chlorine tablet in

Friendly staff that organized all my transfers and activities, easy to meet people but still have privacy...nice pool area and good breakfast. Walk to town about 2km, so not that far and there is a shop 1km away too for basics. Worked out better to pre book a pickup from the airport.

C'est juste une étape pour voir les chutes victoria pour moi une nuit c'est largement suffisant. L'hôtel vous propose un transfert de 40$ jusqu'à Kasane. Mais j'ai trouvé à 30$ jusqu'à la frontière et si vous trouvez quelqu'un pour partager le taxi cela vous reviendra encore moins cher. pour faire les 8km jusqu'à kasane et non pas 25km comme le pretend la manager de la frontière a kazan J'aie payé 5$. Les chutes sont super belle pour prendre des superbe photo , visitez les chutes dans l'après midi

We had a wonderful time in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe and enjoyed our stay at the Victoria Falls backpackers lodge. They picked us up just like we scheduled and we felt very comfortable in their peaceful grounds and rustic rooms. Their outside pool and patio is very relaxing.

Very unique stay, enjoyed the ambiance of this hostel!!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Customer service was really good as most our excursions were booked through hostel...we had everything booked prior to arrival. Buying groceries was not easy and they really get you on exchange for credit card (US cash not accepted). Pool was very refreshing as the 38 degree temp and no A/C was tough on us older folks and we finally caved after 3 nights and got a room with AC. I would of liked filter coffee just to get my day going. Overall if you are into hostels I would recommend this Backpackers

Nice atmosphere, clean rooms, friendly staff in a pleasant quiet location on reasonable walking distance from the town centre.

Beware of booking transportation with this property.

Everything was as advertised and they all have good hospitality. I enjoyed the fish massage and swimming pool where l had a chance to learn how to swim😁.

It was evident that management really cared about the experience their guests would have. No matter how busy, they were cheerful, helpful and always took time to answer questions as well as provide information and help arrange activities in the area. The whimsical touches throughout the property were delightful. It was easy to meet and have conversations with other guests which resulted in several activities we felt lucky to hear about and participate in.

good cheap place,mostly young backpackers.iwas the only older person I saw,. The staff were friendly and helpful. and the place is charming.and very colorful and pre try.

Rooms and premises are alright, but they charge 3 US Dollars per day (!!!) for the WiFi.
