Staff some staff need some more training on professionalism and timeliness.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The airport shuttle for $40 is a NO for me though, considered high as Uber can easily get to same airport for around KS1000

Great location. Contrary to expedia and contrary to their own advertising in the hotel, they charge for airport pickup.

The location is phenomenal. You are centrally situated to the market as well as the no car areas with shops and restaurants. Genocide memorial is about a 45 minute walk away. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The air conditioning was cold, the wifi was decent. My only complaint is expedia says they do airport shittle. The hotel itself advertises free airport shuttle. But they ended up chsrhing me about 28$ Canadian one way. There is most definitely no free airport shittle contrary to their own advertisement and what is listed in expedia. Otherwise an awesome stay. Great staff, great location, great facilities.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check In was easy and quick. Only challenge was I had to pay extra for airport shuttle which had been advertised as free.

The staff were all helpful and gave me the best advice. They were very helpful, including the night staff.

I don't think I can advise any one to book this hotel. I called them from the airport asking for urgent pickup, they said take taxi, I told th I don't have cash my CC refused to withdraw cash,they said we are sorry we can't do anything. Mosquito everywhere, elevator sound into your room. Breakfast is terrible

I stayed at La Posh while on business travel in Kigali. It's not as fancy as more expensive hotel, but makes up for it with friendly staff, personalized treatment, and a great location in a shopping district where you can walk around and get a sense of the people and culture. Those who want luxury should stay elsewhere, but those who, like me, just need a comfy bed and hot water in the shower, this place is fine. The hotel staff, including front desk and security guards, are very friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be the fairly weak wifi in my room. I went to the lobby for a stronger signal. The breakfast is adequate, and the coffee is excellent!
