Very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the A/C as it was very hot outside. The children loved the TV and picked up some German from it. Restaurant Babylon nearby was great, and the nearby supermarkets as well.

Generally a good location for getting around Vienna easily. Tended to be a bit noisy with two cafes virtually underneath; one of them did a delivery service so lots of coming and going. Unfortunately, the local roads had a lot of disruption, so limited bus service, no trams and a lot of construction traffic. If the trams were running, then ideal. Two supermarkets close by (don't assume British type opening times- closed early evening, nothing on a Sunday).

The check-in process wasn’t the best. There was no telling that you need to fill out things before you can check in yourself and we were just standing there trying to call the hotel. The shower door was missing. Besides the above, we had a great stay and would choose it again.

Superbra boende, med gångavstånd till centrala Wien. Andra gången vi bor här och vi kommer komma tillbaka. Glöm inte prova pizzan på hörnet. Don’t call it pizza, supergod mat och trevlig personal!

not a good place

Its location to the centre of Vienna was a plus along with transport links ifbyou didn't want to walk. Nice size room, with all kitchen essentials. Great advantage was the washer dryer and luggage storage. The communication via emails with management was spot on.

Gute Bahnanbindung und super schöne Unterkunft, genau wie auf den Bildern, gerne wieder.

The apartment was fine and the location was good. However, Vienna was very hot and so was the apartment. With no air conditioning to cool the room, It was extremely difficult to sleep. And, if you opened the window, the noise from the restaurant/bar below, along with the traffic and trams, it would then be very noisy and still hot. Additionally, the lift kept getting stuck on different floors and the only way to release it was to walk up/down the stairs to where the lift was and give the door a good shake to let it close. A pity, because the apartment itself is actually quite nice, just don't stay there in summer.

Room was clean and easy access to public transportation

Everything was great except for the check in. We were supposed to get the key codes by morning and it was already check in time and we didn’t had received them. We wrote previously several times and never got an answer. Thank god we went to the building and Jessie was there, so he helped us get the codes. We was very nice and friendly.

Appart hôtel propre et bien situé. Manque un peu d’ustensiles de cuisine et matériel d’entretien pour des séjours plus long qu’une nuit. Je recommande !

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angeschlossen. Alle in der Nähe und in 5 min erreichbar. Einfach zu finden und sehr gelegen. Danke dass wir dort ein paar Nächte verbringen konnten.

Great locatio and access to main city via tram. Must mention these: elevator stops to work early evening so have to climb up at evenings, which was not detailed and not appreciated. Also, layout of shower/sink and WC not optimal. Shower has no door and sink right in front, use of these required management for our trip.

Lovely flat with easy location opposite the tram for our stay in Vienna.

Alojamiento correcto, con campo de mejora. No dispone de utensilios de limpieza, la cafetera te ves obligado a comprar el café en la propiedad (3,5€ - 4 cápsulas), sin sartenes, sin tostadora, falta luz en el comedor, sofá cama apto para niños. Puntos a favor, equipado con lavadora (sin detergente) y secadora comunitaria, cama de matrimonio correcta, cerca de parada tranvia (aunque eso provoque soportar ruidos que acabas acostumbrándote)

Sehr zentral gelegen. Gute Anbindung zur Straßenbahn Richtung Innenstadt. Küche, Geschirr und Geräte sauber. Spezialpads für die Nespresso Pro haben wir uns vorher im Internet bestellt und mitgebracht. Im Treppenhaus gibt es auch einen Automaten ohne Beschreibung wie der funktioniert und welche Stärke man bekommt. Preis?? Schließfächer für Gepäck im Treppenhaus klein. Handgepäckkoffer, viel mehr nicht. Falls jemand vor hat zu kochen, es gibt keine Gewürze vor Ort. Wir haben uns mal was in Mikro erwärmt. Schlafzimmer sehr klein. Einer muss über dann anderen drübersteigen um auf seine Seite zu kommen. Für junge Leute und wer nicht mal in der Nacht zur Toilette möchte OK. Ansonsten wird der Partner geweckt. Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer haben nicht gebraucht. Aber selbst wenn das Couchbett ausgeklappt wird, ist noch genug Platz im Raum. Die Unterkunft kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
