Đây là một căn hộ tuyệt vời . Lần nào đi Genting mình cũng ở đây. Nhưng có 1 vấn đề là không có hướng dẫn cho việc check in. Khách ko biết sẽ k check in được vì quầy làm thủ tục check in rất xa, đi bộ đến 1 toà nhà khác để làm mà k có bất cứ ai hướng dẫn. Hãy cẩn thận.

selama menginap disini Ternyata mengambil kunci nya jauh dari tempat menginap nyasar jalan kaki tanpa ada petunjuk arah,begitu juga checkout jauh antar kunci nya. Ditambah Toilet nya rusak tidak bisa disiram,ditambah kotoran kemana kemana,Gimana kita mau buang air besar. terpaksa beraknya di lobang kamar mandi. Ternyata GEO itu banyak Agen nya dan beda pengelola, Rekomendasi jujur dari saya ADALAH GEO YANG ADA LOGO MAPLE HOME NYA YAITU GEO PREMIER MAPLEHOME kunci check in dan chek out langsung di bawah lobby. benar benar menyesatkan saya menginap disini.

Please make easier to check in to get key in the same location much2 better, so no need pick up key and drop key in another location

Havent try this cause hard to reach the hotel location (already ask people around there but still no found) so I book another hotel.

I will never cameback. There is stranger dirty clothes in my room 🥲, the instruction/direction in the hotel is not clear.

The rooms were clean and nice. But the experience to get the keys and parking was not convenient and confusing if I must say. The rooms are at a different block and the key collection is at a different building. Further more there is a request for Rm200 as a deposit which is only allowed as a cash deposit. This was not communicated upfront and ended wasting our time looking for parking at the wrong place and for my case I had to find an ATM to give the Rm200.

Room OK, very big. Clean. Very confusing as need to check in at windmill, but hotel at Geo38. Better check & make sure book from Geo38 itself not agent.
